Breakfast was awful and the area was very dirty. No sryup for the waffles, butter or cream cheese, jelly for toast or bagels and bagels were nasty kept in fridge and were wet and nasty

It is ok cost wise

Rooms were dirty, even bathrooms were dirty, overall didn’t like the experience. Needs to be cleaner.

Also, both mornings there was no breakfast,except warm yogurt.

Wi-Fi is listed as a service but did not connect my laptop. The desk staff tried to troubleshoot but it failed. I called the listed support number and was told they no longer supported the hotel. The room was fairly clean.

Breakfast wasn't enough less parking space i paid $200 per night and this place wasn't even worth $60 per night money wasted

Nothing Upon arrival, we changed rooms three times. Room 1 smelled of cigarettes, Room 2 had a wasp nest on the curtain, and Room 3 had no TV. At 1 AM, we couldn’t access Room 4, our calls went unanswered, and we waited 15 minutes at the front desk for assistance. No manager was available at checkout as told

It was available. Poor condition, not clean. In disrepair. Refrigerator door did not close, all of our food had to be thrown out. Pubic hair all over bathroom. Tiles broken and missing, shower needed resurfaced. Blood stain on the shower curtain. Poor quality bed linens, no comforters, stains on blankets and holes. No remote for the TV. Staff had to bring one up, but the TV didn't work. This management needs to open their eyes.

-Room NOT AT ALL AS ADVERTISED! Smoke detector hanging from ceiling, 1working light in bathroom, roaches, & dirt and dust every light and ledge! -Location has ROACHES (so we kept our bags in my trunk and just made trips for things) -Staff was not very helpful. I checked the room immediately after receiving the key, took pics and then went back to the desk. She explained there were no other rooms. ( yet ppl continued to check in as late as 9pm) So I requested cleaner in which she gave me but I had to go around back to get it because she didn't want to give it to me in front of other guess checking in! (pics and video provided) -Pool was well kept but no towels and when I asked for some, she checked the camera first to confirm there were none. Still no towels the next morning. -At breakfast, there wasn't really any! Juice machine was dispensing water, cereal was not available. All guess was to share the same cup to make waffles but mix was expired. Eggs were wet like water soaked. Potatoes were still cold in the center! Bagels were hard and the plan to taost them was spoiled by the sour scent coming from the toast! -Coffee from previous day. Requested sugar, Attendee pointed to where I COULD REFILL THE SUGAR! I asked, "but isn't that your job?" He chuckled.I still went to locate the sugar. Sure behold empty! NEVER AGAIN

The shower was so dirty look like it was never cleaned

Only the staff, nothing else Cleanliness Amenities Room was smelly Carpet was wet Hairs all over the carpet in the room and bathroom. Very disappointing

I would never recommend staying here. Avoid if possible and I travel alot and this definitely the worst place.

The first room had no air conditioning it 80 in the room they didn’t know how to fix it second room not enough towels no garbage cans and no liner for the ice bucket they had us on the 3rd floor it was under construction they should not have us there. The elevator was so loud that u thought u wouldn’t make it down and very dirty. I would never stay there again I have friends there in that area so I do go there.

They were in the middle of a remodel and the bottom floor had no carpet in the hallway. The place smelled like plastic or floor glue and chemicals from the carpet they had stashed aside.

Hotels in Ohio cannot ask to see certification, ID cards, or other training paperwork for a service dog.Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which applies uniformly across Ohio, hotels are places of public accommodation and must follow federal service animal rules: I advised the front seat staff of the ACT and was told people lie and I have to provide paperwork if I want to stay there. We should have left at this point but it was late in the day and had limited options. Furthermore there Accessible parking was blocked with equipment from a roofing company so there was no accessible parking available. The hotel was dirty and the breakfast in the morning was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever come across. We walked into the breakfast and walked right out. Giving this hotel 1 star is too high.

We had to switch rooms because there was no fridge, the first room smelled like bleach and the bath tub was questionable. This place needs a remodel badly. The baseboards were missing in the halls, and the staff didn’t communicate well with each other when we had switched rooms so they were knocking on the doors 3 times for us to leave when I booked for 3 nights. I had to go down and explain what was happening. And the roof was being ripped off and replaced so there was construction going on with nail on the ground in the parking lot so I had to be careful where I was walking. Luckily no nails in the tires. It was good for a night in a pinch but no for a long weekend.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay anywhere else. Everything about this place was awful. They didn't have the room we booked available and told us they would move us into the suite the next day. When we went to check it out it was flooded. They said they would send someone to vaccuum the room. Like that would help? The breakfast is so lackluster they might as well just not have served anything. The whole hotel smells like mildew, feces, and cigarettes. My asthma flared up from staying here and I had to use my inhaler more in 3 days than I have in 3 months. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I finally told her that I reserved it because they are typically roomier and I had 3 people with luggage from a 6 day trip. She said that all the rooms are the same size and I could just take a regular room then. Then I asked about the airport shuttle for the morning...which was the only reason I booked this God-forsaken hotel....I was told THEY DO NOT OFFER AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE. She said it was only for people who park their car there forvtravel, not for the nightly guests. I told her the website said they did offer a shuttle and she just said it was wrong. After this, we finally got to our room, and the toilet was broken and would not flush. We went back down to tell the lady and she was on a cell phone call that she didnt bother to get off of while she came upstairs to verify we weren't lying about the toilet. So, we got another room. This one had the smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling and we had to go back down and beg for more towels since there were only 2 in the room. I feel like the room we got put in should not have been used for guests that night. I recommend staying anywhere else. This place is not worth the money.
