Very clean rooms and wasn’t noisy. Will definitely be booking again soon.

This was a great stay by the airport. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would stay here again.

It was very basic. The temperature in the room changed on its own from 68* to 78*. It was ALWAYS rather damp / humid in the room and especially in the bathroom. There was no paper to write a note, no coffee in the room - just bare bones. There was a water bottle on the floor by one of the beds that was not ours. As a result, we felt the every other day housekeeping was less than excellent.

Everything was awesome. Went there to see Cody Johnson parking was great. Hotel was great. Best place ever.

Two of the last three times we stayed at Hilton hotel, one in Vergina elervater would not work and we were on the 3rd floor then we turned on the sink in the bathroom pipes were broken and it flooded the room. Next Hilton we stayed at we told them we wanted the 1st floor which they gave us, room was nice we laid on a real nice bed my wife put her purse on the floor next to the bed on the floor, person in the next room turns on their shower my wife picked up her purse it was soaked and our room was flooded from the shower from the room next door. So this 3rd room in Ohio wasn’t too bad. I’m a Hilton Honer owner member for years I’m 76 years old and have stayed at a lot of Hotels these were the worst. But if I stay at another hotel it will still be a Hilton.

Nice place to stay before catching a plane.

We stayed here since we had an early morning flight and this hotel was close to the airport. We weren’t there very long, but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly! We left before breakfast was served but were offered the fruit and oatmeal that they did have ready. The parking lot wasn’t big, but we took advantage of leaving our car parked there during our trip. It was $2 per day cheaper than the green lot and with the amount of traffic in the area, we didn’t worry about anyone messing with the car. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was great! There was no waiting and our driver was friendly and helpful. When we called to be picked up from the airport, the shuttle was there in such a short time. We’ll definitely stay here again should we have another early flight.

Nice hotel near the airport in a pleasant neighborhood. The restaurant recommendations they include on the bulletin board were great.

Room was excellent housekeeping done a great job and staff was readily available.

I had no issues it was clean quiet parking was easy. It was nice

Room keeping and front desk staff were very rude. Room service never came to clean our room. We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. The fire alarm went off at 5 am due to a toaster burning. When we reached out to the front desk about this they advised that the fire alarm going off was “routine” and that there was nothing they could due to accommodate us for the inconvenience. There was what appeared to be mold in our bathroom and the AC unit seemed to be motion censored causing the room to get very hot overnight. We woke up in the middle of each night of our stay due to overheating.

Staff at front desk was dry and difficult to talk to. She was not friendly and looked at me as though I was as crazy for asking if there was a roll-away. When I asked how many the room accommodated? She said “What do you mean?” Less than helpful!!!
