The common area had empty food containers left out

They don't have heating in rooms.

The hotel was in a great location. Right next door to the waffle house and several gas stations in walking distance. The hotel bar was excellent with great service with food and drinks.

No microwave in room

Rooms are very well kept and room service is excellent

The whole place was immaculate. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The restaurant had the Best Rueben Sandwich that I have ever had. I had to add a day to my stay because of a flight cancellation and staff at the front desk were great. The bed was very comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Columbus Ohio. The shuttle back and forth to airport was great.

Everything was great!!

Wish breakfast was a self serve breakfast. I had to go into the back kitchen to get an attendant. No vending machines on the floors, ice maker in the hallway didn’t work during my stay. Was stuck in service mode.

I did not receive the breakfast coupons which I paid for when I checked in. In the morning, I went to the front desk to inquire about the coupons and the desk clerk told me that she was just helping out and didn’t know where they were located and I could just let them know at the restaurant that my meal was included with my stay. I informed the waitress at the restaurant what the clerk told me and she said that I would have to pay unless I had a coupon. I went back to the front desk and again was told that she didn’t know where the coupons were and to tell the waitress that she would take care of it later. I went back to the restaurant & waited 15 minutes for the waitress to appeared from the kitchen. I finally got fed up, left, & went to McDonald’s to get breakfast on my way to my appointment. Later that evening, I approached the man at the front desk and explained to him that I paid for breakfast to be included with my room and did not receive coupons at the time of check in. He looked up my reservation and said I did have breakfast included and gave me a coupon to use for the next morning and said I would have to stop by the front desk daily to get the coupons because I was going to be there for a 10 day stay. Daily, I went to the front desk to for a coupon. Finally, 3 days before I was scheduled to check out a desk clerk gave me 3 coupons to save me 2 more trips to the front desk. In my opinion, it was too little to late. I checked out early & won’t return.

Good service

It needs remodeling; the facilities are outdated, and many things are damaged or broken.

We arrived at 3:00 a.m. and our room was still available. Front Desk staff were so helpful in getting us quickly settled. We received a voucher for breakfast that was not originally included in the fee. Some update is needed, elevators and carpet, but it appears they are working on it as one elevator was cordoned off for remodeling. Room was quiet, excellent breakfast in restaurant. There was a humid smell in the air, but I attributed that to the indoor fountain at the center of the hotel.

The restaurant doesn’t open for dinner until 5:00pm but it was well worth the wait. The food was Excellent, we had the steaks and the bartender had a great sense of humor and made the whole experience very enjoyable. They don’t sell snacks, so bring them if you think you might get hungry between the restaurant hours. They have an Airport Shuttle that starts at 4:00 am which made making our 6:00 am flight a breeze. They will also pick you up at the Airport Car Rental to take you back to the Hotel. It seems to be a high crime area based on the signs I saw but the Hotel was secure. Well stay there again next time we visit Columbus.

There was a wedding going on with very inconsiderate people using the elevators on floor 4 and 5 just going up and down also a lot of noise while trying to sleep for a 5 am flight at the airport. Do not plan on staying again at that price
