Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus/Airport

The rooms were nice. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was ok. The coffee was weak. The location was extremely handy to get to our work location on the east side of town, but the area is truly a food desert. Only McDonald’s and subway nearby.

First night we didn’t get a balcony room like we had confirmed! The next morning the head house keeper moved us to a balcony room quick. she was awesome. Not having the room like we confirmed with you a month ahead of time

More comfortable with the balcony and see view. Very disappointed that TV doesn't work with closed captions because I'm deaf. Hopefully they fix it as soon because I will come back here again.

The bastroom I've ever stayed in. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The cookweare in the kitchen was amazing!

Our room was nothing to brag about. The comforter & one pillowcase had stains. We exchanged the comforter for a blanket & it had stains, too. The tub had only been cleaned to a subpar standard—hairs & stains. The room had a stale odor about it. No hand soap & the lotion bottle was empty (that the hotel provided). Staff were

The price , and the size of the room. It was amazing. There was alittle bit of damage in the unit on the doors , I’m sure the staff was unaware or are going to fix it.

Where do I start.... walked in a saw the vent in the bedroom which was covered in dust, top of the fridge hasn't been cleaned in awhile, an inch of dust on the ceiling fan, bath tub was all chipped and unsafe to put my kids in, breakfast was horrible and unappetizing, staff was rude and made us feel like an inconvenience when I asked for a towel for the room( which we were shorted) and towels for the pool. And stains on the furnature.Lastly the last night we were there, the celing was leaking from the rain. We told the girl at check out and she never once apologized and shook hwr head like she's hears that before

The bathroom could have used a remodel - the shower head needed replaced, the bathtub looked repainted and the bathtub drain was broken.

The room was decent staff was super helpful and very nice. The area was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

My room was like a small apartment, it was very clean and the staff were so nice! There was quite a variety at the continental breakfast. I will be definitely coming back.

Breakfast is not great. Easy access from the highway. Near from the airport, 5 minutes away.

That was close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to for Nothing

Our room wasn't that cold. I had the a/c down to 66 and it still was a little warm. The room looked like it wasn't swept good. Their was a old contact on the floor and some other dirt.

Good room size, however sofa bed sheets and blankets were yucky. Otherwise pool was nice and breakfast was plentiful. I wish the news wasn’t on for breakfast as there is inappropriate content for kids
