Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus/Airport

Everything is good except there’s tiny bit of odor in the room.

I really like this property and its location. I have stayed here for past two years during our annual church conference. My only complaint would be the lack of carts during my arrival and departure. Otherwise, my stay was excellent.

I booked two king suites and both had issues. One was dirty, had dead bugs in bathroom floor, carpet not vacuumed, and a handful of cheese popcorn on the floor by the bed and some in other parts of the room that i cleaned up immidiatly so my 1 year old grandaughter wouldnt pick it up and put it in her mouth. The other room was 80 degrees the whole time because the furnace did not blow cold air. Our other guests we bought the room for had to share our room majority of the time because it was miserably hot .I spoke to a staff member at the front desk and was told every room was full and to let the lady at front desk know about the issues in the morning. So I did just that and was just told they were sorry and thank you for informing them .?

Overall this hotel was very nice. We had a two bedroom suite. It was really nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

At the provided breakfast, many days there was no juice, even though we were some.of.the earliest to arrive.

The bed was very comfortable and wasn’t too high off the floor sometimes the bed is so high at other hotels the bedrooms are separate from the living area so it was like being in a tiny apartment The toilet is so low to the floor that it was hard to get off it was like a elementary school toilet

Needs Reno

Chose this location due to it advertising 24 hour shuttle service. This is inaccurate, they call you an Uber and hope for the best. We were told to be at the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing to arrive at the airport. We showed up 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes on the Uber and almost missed our flight. We had 9 minutes left to board when we finally got through TSA. So the advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service is inaccurate.

All staff that I interacted with were wonderful, the breakfast was good, water pressure was good, and had a generally good stay. However, the property is in need of maintenance and cleaning, especially considering how much we paid.

Breakfast items were fresh. The room was clean.

The comfy the bed was and how friendly the staff was. I also did like how close was everything near the hotel. The room was pretty big so no complaints! Nothing really it was really a good hotel

1. One of the 2 toilets clogged without use. 2. There was paint stains on the floor. 3. There were 2 phones in the room, none of them worked. 4. The kitchen cabinets were broken and stained with paint. 5. The room smelled like vomit in some areas. The hotel itself was not pleasant to stay at. The most notably issue was people smoking weed in the court yard while we were eating breakfast with the family. Would not recommend this place at all.

This was def one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in! It was clean ,staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating! Nice view,the breakfast was really really good!! I will without a doubt stay again! I don’t have anything bad to say really, the housekeeper was rude and pissy about it!

This was the worst Hilton we have ever stayed in. We didn’t get the room we booked three months prior- Expedia blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Expedia. Our room was on the fourth floor, every window you could open fully and there weren’t any screens either! The bathroom tub was peeling in multiple spots so we couldn’t let our toddler take a bath. The drain would back up while you showered so you had water up to your ankles. Our bedroom door handle was broken. The ice maker in the kitchen freezer didn’t work. The fridge part was poorly cleaned. The living room phone had no power plug connecting it to the outlet and the phone line to the jack was cut as well. There was one remote for two TVs so you couldn’t watch in both rooms at the same time. The pool had a ton of missing tiles, it was falling apart. It was supposedly heated but was still cold, the door was propped open all day so there was no humidity in the room. The pool towels offered are so small and rough, you have to use 2-3 to try to get dry enough to walk to your room. There random objects at the bottom of the pool- water bottle, hair beads, broken sunglasses. The free breakfast was gross- the eggs were definitely liquid carton eggs, scrambled and sitting in water. The sausage links were shriveled and dry, the sausage patties barely cooked and soaked in grease. The potatoes super dry. The courtyard had trash in it everyday, from people clearly throwing it out their windows.
