Embassy Suites Columbus-Airport

Nice hotel. Need to empty your public trash cans.

Stayed and the walls are super thin. The people above us either it was a domestic situation or they were doing tackle football in their room all night but even after security was called, it didn’t quiet down and made for a terrible stay

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was 10/10

Room was clean. Breakfast served with a variety of food. Staff were very nice and courteous

My room had roaches I was afraid I might end up taking roaches home. All it takes is one.

The room was cleaned up . But the lamps on the side of bed would not come on at all. The tv remote needed batteries and it was like an act of congress to get to operate such as turning tv on, along with turning volume up or down and changing the channel. I also asked Charles who was on duty last to send an extra blanket. I never received it. I let the guy know this morning about this. The hotel could be updated. I know many of you would ask the question if I would stay at the Embassy suites again. Well the answer NO! I met some great people though.

The hotel itself was ok. But the hallway and the room had a faint odor of pets, maybe or dampness. The sofa bed mattress was stained and very thin. We had to request linen for it because there was none in the room. The furniture in bedroom was worn and mismatched.

Breakfast and the evening snacks were fair.

The made to order omelets are always appreciated at the embassy locations. The size and setup of our room is always nice too. Our rooms kitchen sink flew off its base when it was turned on causing a shower of water to spray in our living space. When asked for sheets and 2 pillows for the pull out couch (we had 5 people knowingly staying in the room), we were given a fleece blanket, 1 pillow and some towels. We also stayed at the facility when the area had had bad storms so the restaurant wasn’t an option. It was 1 of 3 reason we chose an embassy. So, it was disappointing.

The staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly, the rooms stayed cool, and they were clean The only issue we had was the cook at the omelette station (Wednesday August 5th,2026) had a bad attitude before we even ordered,it was as if he just didn't feel like working that morning, really not sure what his issue was,and the ice machine stopped working

Breakfast was amazing! Omelette chef did an amazing job at cooking multiple omelette at one time! Room was very clean, pillows were so soft and comfortable. Staff was great, polite!
