AC was not working in all common areas of the hotel

Room, holes in ceiling from prior water damage, bugs crawling out of faucet in shower, sink clogged, dirty sock and bottle top found behind tv stand, ac didn't work, no black out curtains, walls paper thin, bed had hole in middle of it, sheets were stained with black foot print, towel bars one bent, the other bent and broke off and left on shelf. Staff, unfriendly, unaccomadating, sold out but unwilling to discount us anything for our stay. Do yourself a favor stay at tru across the street for 166 a night vs the 207 a night we were being charged for staying in a dumpster

We checked in on Friday and immediately noticed our room was warmer than usual. At first, I assumed the air conditioning simply needed time to cool the room down, so we turned it on and left for our planned activities. When we returned, the room was still hot. We contacted the front desk, and after a lengthy wait, maintenance arrived. He attempted to reset the unit but informed us that it might not continue working properly. Since the hotel was fully booked and no room changes were available, he brought us a fan. Unfortunately, the air conditioning continued cycling on and off throughout our stay, and the room never became consistently comfortable. The most disappointing part of our stay happened Sunday morning at breakfast. We arrived at approximately 9:45 a.m., before breakfast service ended at 10:00 a.m. As always, the cook was fantastic and deserves recognition for being friendly and professional. However, my experience with the breakfast staff was quite the opposite. While getting coffee just before 10:00, I mentioned to another guest that we should hurry because breakfast was about to end. I had already gotten my coffee and was pouring a cup of juice when I suddenly heard a staff member loudly yell, "It's 10, breakfast's over!" Immediately afterward, the automated curtain began closing, trapping my beverages behind it

I give this place a 9.5 out of 10 . The hotel was beautiful and calming. It was me and my husband honeymoon weekend gateway. When first walked in it was beautiful and refreshing. Checkin was great and easy and staff were friendly. We loved the snack time food. The pool was refreshing and not too cold. Breakfast was ok and filling. Only thing that could been better is to have more non alcoholic drinks options for, 2 free complementary drinks you get with daily snack. Also need non pork meat options for breakfast people that do not eat pork. Me and husband do not eat pork or drink alcohol.

The breakfast was very well laid out and a lot of options to choose from. Staff were friendly and asked to assist and cleaned our plates quickly. The handicap room was easily assessable and was very useful. If we could have booked a handicap room on the bottom floor would have been nice, but it was still a nice room.

I have been here once before, and it was great!

Lobby and Bar area are fine.

Close to the airport. The airport shuttle was great. The staff was very friendly. Nice experience!

Snacks and drinks were free during happy hour. Coffee available all the time in the lobby, not just during breakfast.
