Embassy Suites Columbus-Airport

The property was clean overall. The breakfast was WONDERFUL but the French toast is horrible! The bread is too thin and has no flavor. There seemed to be only one elevator working at a time. Not a bad location but not as nice as other Embassy locations.

Great hotel stay! Really nice front lobby with great breakfast and overall vibe. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be close to airport

The staff was great. The room was missing some finishing touches. Check to make sure the previous guest hasn't unplugged the TV connections. One bed had a bedskirt; the other one didn't. The bathroom counter had some debris left on it; it just needed a wipe-down, and it was fine. The two free cocktails were a bonus. The Breakfast Buffet was one of the best I have seen, with so many choices. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Nice size room and bathroom. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. Loved the Happy Hour Carpeting and bedding could use a refresh

Although it was clean, this location could use some updating to its rooms. There were furniture pieces that had worn edges and the carpet had old red stains. Light bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom behind the mirror and in the kitchenette, and the bathroom sink was slow-draining. Staff were attentive and the breakfast food was good.

The hotel did not inform us of the air conditioning being broken in the room. It was clearly a known issue because the access door was still open and the front desk acted like it wasn’t a surprise. We then had to move to another room. That smoke detector was falling from the ceiling and it was 2 queens instead of a king that we needed. The breakfast area is not near big enough and many people didn’t have seats to eat. We love embassy suites and are not used to anything but superb standards.

Stayed and the walls are super thin. The people above us either it was a domestic situation or they were doing tackle football in their room all night but even after security was called, it didn’t quiet down and made for a terrible stay
