Holiday Inn Express Columbus Airport - Easton by IHG

The accessible room was tucked in a first floor hallway behind the checkin desk, but the hallway smelled like vomit. The room was fairly clean but the carpet was stained in many places. The carpet was wet by the bathroom which we didn't know why until later. There were coffee supplies but no coffee maker. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was not secured to the wall and kept sliding around. We had a lot of packing to do, and finally tried to go to bed around 10 pm. But then we noticed that the odd hole in the ceiling was a hole for a reason. A steady dripping of water started coming out of the hole onto the carpet where we had noticed it was wet. So at 11 pm we asked for a new room. The new room looked like rooms I had stayed in the previous two years when we had stayed there. But the faucet on the sink was not property set and moved around a lot. I am extremely disappointed because of the issues we encountered byt even more because the accessible room was horrible. You should be ashamed that your accessible rooms are not standard rooms with the appropriate modifications. People needing accessibility should not ne hidden in the worst rooms you have. In addition, the quality of the hotel this year was not good compared to previous years I have stayed at this property. I hope you use these comments to make improvements.

Clean room, clean pool and gym, good breakfast

Stayed here for a few days while helping my daughter move into an apartment. Very clean, affordable, good breakfast, safe neighborhood. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Staff was very nice.

I didn't stay deposit 100.00. I was charged and want my money back. It was a emergency and service was provided. I am homeless I need my 135.00 back please.

Breakfast was appreciated.

Phone in my room didn’t work, the wi-fi kept going off, makes it difficult to get work done

The air conditioner was not functioning properly and kept turning on and off frequently throughout our stay. The beds were also in very poor condition. The springs appeared to be worn out, causing the beds to creak and make loud noises with every movement. As a result, we were unable to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

No phone in room, Side table very dirty. No Cinn. Rolls. No orange juice.

Room was very clean. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend!!

The carpets and drapes could use some serious deep cleaning and steaming.

The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was good but a better assortment of meat would have been great, everyone doesn't like sausage. Parking was plentiful. I'd recommend this particular Holiday Inn.

The sheets smelled like they were still wet when they put them on. The hallways smelled like mold. Paint was looked horrible. I seen a sign saying they had a water leak. It’s not worth the price. I can feel the springs in the bed.

Not a good hotel at all. Breakfast is not how it looks on the site and staff was lazy and didn’t want to do their job, also the rooms had a smell to it and looked like run down apartments paid the same price for a nice hotel. 2/10

Clean room, no hassle with anything of the room

Enjoyed our stay to shop at Easton. Pool was fun and breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Carpet had some stains but otherwise it's fine.

Friendly staff and easy access to the airport
