Location is great, near Easton Town Center Room temperature could not be controlled. We were moved to a different room where the humidity was so bad, our clothes were damp and my wife slipped on the bathroom floor due to it being wet. Not a good experience and we won’t be staying there again We travel to Columbus several times per year and will have to find a new go-to hotel.

When I first arrived in my room, the comforter was visibly dirty. I contacted the front desk to request a clean one, and it took approximately 30 minutes for them to bring a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement comforter was dirty as well. I had to request another one, and then another, and another because they were all dirty. Having to go through multiple comforters just to find one that was actually clean was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I discovered bed bugs and ended up getting bitten during my stay. I spent $500 for three nights and did not get the clean, safe, comfortable stay I paid for. Instead, I left with bites, stress, and an extremely negative experience. The customer service only made the situation worse. When I brought these issues to the hotel's attention, I expected the staff (GM JENNIE STREETS) to take my concerns seriously and handle the situation professionally. Unfortunately, I did not feel that they showed the level of concern or urgency that this situation deserved. For $500, I expected much better. Dirty comforters, multiple requests for clean bedding, bed bugs, bites, and poor customer service are absolutely unacceptable. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The room was immaculate. The mattress is great. Nice and firm. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was extremely cold. And the thermostat didn't work to adjust it. The sink drained very slowly.

Great staff, friendly. Gave us water upon arriving. They are quick to resolve issues. Had a problem with the room the first night (the ac was making the room smell like mold) and they swapped us immediately in the morning when I mentioned it. In their defense, the area had a lot of rain and flooding before we arrived that were causing issues. It even damaged their fire suppression system and the fire alarm went off one night like every hour or less. Out of their control. It was fixed by the morning and they sent out apology letters. Great location! Our boys loved the pool! They need to maintain their windows better and clean them. There was a old wasp nest between the glass and screen of my room and I really wanted to open the window relatively small complaint haha

We loved everything about our short stay here...the one and only thing lacking was good quality pillows on the bed. The ones provided did not lend to a good night's sleep.

The shower door wouldn't stay closed, no lotion in the room, slow drain in bathroom sink
