Staff was awesome!! Everyone was super nice & helped me with a situation while escorting someone off of the property. Also they will give extra towels if you ask at the front desk!! Cars were broken into throughout the entire weekend. The first night at least a dozen were broken into. Thankfully mine wasn’t, but I would rather not play Russian Roulette and test that out ever again.

Everything was super clean. Lots of issues with the key card. You can't take elevator without it, and mine worked about half of the time.

Side table is loose, the prices in the market are too high, i paid 10 dollars for a water.

We were in town for a birthday party, so we were extremely frustrated when we pulled up to the entrance and found 0 bellman carts. In fact, we didn’t see a bellman cart anywhere while we were there. On a hot/humid day, carrying our luggage plus birthday gifts up to our rooms was a chore - and one we’ve never experienced at an Easton-area hotel. We visit Columbus 2-3 times a year, but we won’t be staying here again.
