Front desk check in person was nice. Room was dirty. You can tell they only change the towels and bedding.

My second stay was even better than the first. The hotel staff was hospitable & responsive and my room was exactly what I desired for my comfort. KUDOS NA

Someone was having a party in the pool although we had to sign a contract saying “no parties”. In the morning, there was no free breakfast nor could we order fresh breakfast. We were offered the usual continental buffet for nearly $20.

It gets the job done. Since we were there for sleeping and showering it was sufficient. The location is a bit awkward given the entrance that your gps will find is closed. After some circles we found our way.

Great stay

Breakfast was not included. No easy access to parking due to barricades on the main street entrance to the lot. No instructions regarding the need for a room key to activate the elevator.

The front desk lady was rude People running and screaming in the halls in the middle of the night

location to easton mall the entrance wasn’t open, our original room had an ozone machine in it and stunk so we had to ask for a new room.

The location was right by the highway. There was only one person working the desk at all times there was always a line. As soon as I mentioned we were there for a baseball tournament someone came from around the back talking about a waver. We asked for three keys and they acted like we asked for a million dollars. When we get to the room, there was a stain on the comforter. On the same side of the bed it looked like someone either spilled or threw up. There was a stain on the carpet and the side of the bed. We didn’t have time to stop at the long line at the front desk to tell them we were pretty much in and out. My husband slept on the other side of the bed and my son and I slept on the other bed. I get up in the morning to take a shower and there is hair everywhere in the shower there’s mold in it. We had no hand soap, in the bathroom no bar or liquid but they made sure to put a little bow on the toilet paper! I received a text asking about or stay I said it wasn’t good. I then got a response what is a good time to call you and I said anytime and never received a call! For 500 dollars for two nights go somewhere else!
