Best friend in another truck had truck window smashed. They broke into 4 cars that night. Staff was not helpful with the situation. Was nervous to see my car the next morning.

Didn’t get the room I booked for , the room was okay , the staff were nice, Breakfast was good besides the waffle maker was sticking really bad! Kitchen was really nice and organized and Clean.

Our room was really nice and accommodated the space for 5 of us!! I love having the kitchenette in the room for all the food we have to travel with for the 2 Littles.

Close to shopping and large suites great for families. Pool was closed upon arrival but was opened on Friday and Saturday but closed Sunday, the day of checkout, we wanted to let the kids play before leaving but that was not the case. Bar/restaurant is no longer operational.

They gave my room to someone else and stuck my family of 6 in a single bed room. I had this booked for several months in advance. Terrible customer service.

Restaurant is closed for several years now apparently but the sign is still up and the barmaid was very rude when asked about the restaurant

The rooms were very clean and spacious.

I was there for two weeks and did not receive maid service once. I ran out of toilet paper and towels and had to ask the maid for more. My trash cans were all full.
