Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Easton Area by IHG

Rooms are very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were really really nice and the air-conditioning worked fantastically!

Good for family travel near shopping / food / Walmart / Target.

The room we were given had a terrible odor. The desk assistant was helpful and kind enough to find another room. The floor and carpet was stained and seemed dirty. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, keeping me awake all night. The bed was clean but uncomfortable.

Chad, an Employee at the Front Desk offered exceptional Customer Service from the moment we checked in. He was Friendly, Empathetic and Professional. He is definitely an Asset to your Company. A special recommendation for him, because his Customer Service skills will give you Return Customers! The property was well maintained. I had one concern. I was told the property recently changed their TV Carrier. The TV and Remote were not working properly. We had to call for help several different times. Thankfully, Chad came to our room for support. He tried his best, but was not completely successful. However, his time and support was appreciated. I do recommend this property! I will be returning!

I stayed at the location a few times and it's very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is wonderful.

The breakfast was good apart from the scramble eggs. They were to soft for me beside that everything was smooth

Didn’t like that the staff was outside on a smoke break during the busiest time of checkout. However the room was very nice and the breakfast was great. So many options.

The locked outside doors were confusing to open.

Our sink wouldn’t drain. It took them 2 days to fix it. Very poor hotel security, as dozens of cars had their windows smashed and were broken into one morning. Good proximity to Easton Town Center and the airport. They did have a room with a handicapped accessible tub, which I needed and was quite helpful after some surgery I had.

Everything was good, the staff was nice and friendly, parking was convenient. My room was clean
