Breakfast?? Packaged muffins and granola bars is hardly a breakfast. It's was sparse. Appreciated but one bar left a 5 muffins and girl behind desk saw me. She could have said we have a few more bars. When I left it was filled with a few more. I totally get it. People stock up. Based on how big your establishment is and the 6 ft x 1 ft bar for breakfast shows that it is not a priority. I thought I saw breakfast was available and I picked your place cause it was maybe 15-20 dollars cheaper. I would have rather stayed at the Hampton. You are great for people that need to stay longer. Great kitchen, clean nice big room. Great bathroom. But see below why not a fit for me. Very clean though. 10 stars there. Ice!! Really. No ice and I did not have ice cube trays. I didn't know even if they would have been there. The front door. Obviously not handicap accessible. I'm not handicapped but I had to wrangle the manual door with the big luggage cart. You need an automatic door or someone could hold the door open. Room was nice but hard to get bright even with 6 lights.

To add to that: Even the counter top in the kitchen had duck tape on it to hold it together. Had no amenities such as silverware to use if we wanted or plates, bowls, cups, soap to wash dishes, etc. Do better Extended Stay America!

Gentleman in the evening when we were coming in later than what was expected we called in he was nice. I already paid for 3 days so it shouldn't have been a problem especially since we called in but it did take about 30-40 minutes before we got a room and said we may have to restart and repay and I just thought that was absolutely crazy because we weren't that late from the time I said I would be there I initially stated 11:00 p.m. and we are there at a few minutes before 1:00 a.m. Doesn't seem like anybody had any pride for working there so you walked in they have signs saying no smoking no smoking but the first 15 feet smell like smoke I don't smoke . It's such a nice area there and it could be easily cleaned up a little bit on the front and make it look nice not much to do just water pressure on some of the concrete and just pick up things. The entryway was lacking no energy, the lighting dim we weren't excited to walk in.

I loved everything except the fact I had already booked a week and a half in advance then after driving almost 9 hours got turned down because it wasn’t “check in” time even after reaching out to the property before hand confirming that it would be okay. Lack of communication from the property via chat especially coming from someone to double checks things beforehand.

I didn't like the fact that I had to wash my clothes with a credit card was the only way that I could pay it and the machines were noisy and loud. I don't consider them well maintained. As far as the room it was an older room. It was clean. I did not like the fact that 3 nights in a row that the cars got broken into windows smashed out. That makes me very nervous with my vehicle.\nThe staff was some of the best I've been around.Thank you for the staff service

Said included breakfast, instead was free coffee bar. Hotel smelled. Hallways had marijuana smell and needed swept.
