Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Easton Area

It was a fantastic room. Very spacious. The room we were given, was at the end of the hall. Neither of us walk as well ss we should, due to age.

Easton is a beautiful area with shipping restaurants extremely close. I think maybe if anything they could’ve swept the floor in the bathroom

At check in, the night clerk could not find me, although I showed him my confirmation on cell phone and gave him my Drivers Licence. Took more than a half an hour until another clerk helped out, by then it was almost 11 pm I arrived at about 5 pm but the Hilton computer system was down and they could not check me in manually. I continued to call the rest of the evening until at about 10pm, I was told I could be checked in. This whole time I was not sure where I was going to sleep that might.

Staff responded to a problem immediately. Problem referred to above should never have ocurred. Don't know if it was a local or corporate decision to delay replacement of broken blinds.

Check in was easy and simple Room was hot upon entering for the evening taking a while for the room to cool

The location was great, and the facility was clean.

Room was clean but I have stayed in this same room 3 time over the past year and have told them the bathrrom sink is clogged, the plugin/charger next to the bed doesn't work and the things still have not been fixed.

The front sliding door was broken upon arrival at 9pm. Had to manually slide it open. The outer curtain in the room must have been broken as it was gathered up to the ceiling and stuffed behind the rod. Went for breakfast at 8:45am and breakfast was a real disappointment. No coffee at all - checked back at 10am and still none. Sweet rolls, bread, etc. were totally out. It was busy, but still. I stay here often. This time might be the last.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel. My problem is I was not able to check into the room I had reserved a week before. There was a nationwide computer outage with Hilton. I was still charged for the night. Now it's been a huge task getting this charge reversed!

The check in staff was great , it was so busy and the woman in charge was kind and attentive to everyone while people checked in. The breakfast could have been better and the coffee machine was broken so no coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again
