I enjoyed the early morning pool hours. They had a decent selection for breakfast. The staff was friendly.

Didn’t like fact I had to call twice to have them clean my room

My 3 daughters, my wife, and I stayed this past weekend. We were very impressed with our stay besides 1 minor issue. There was somewhat a funky smell that would come and go that we all noticed... almost like a cigarette musty smell... I know theres no smoking and my family doesnt smoke. So maybe it was in a nearby. Everything else was perfect from the hospitality of the employees, the bed sheets and towels were fresh and clean. We will likely book a stay again.

Great place to stay…but don’t go too far from the property. Easton area for shopping was top notch. The Sams snd Walmart was super shady. If you stay to go the Ohio stadium… take the interstate… GpS took us through the hood and had stuff thrown at our car. That being said hotel was great.

Very friendly staff, clean and up to date amenities as well. The centralized location made it easy for my family and I to go do anything we wanted and needed.

The Hotel location is very good and close to shopping centers like Sam's Club and Walmart, and I was surprised by how quiet it was. staff was help ful and apprciative . they are redy to assist regrdless. they greet all customers regardless you in and out,

This hotel had nice, big, modern common areas, which seemed to be great for large groups traveling together. A few sports teams were there traveling to tournaments when we stayed, and they all seemed to make great use of the inside common areas. 👍

It is on the larger side for a Spring Hill. There were a lot of guests but common areas were clean and not worn. The lobby is excellent for groups with large tables for eating and a pool table. Despite the activity in the lobby and meeting room the guest rooms were quiet. Nice, well maintained property that deserves the high rating.

I was told the wrong time breakfast was served on the app. It was 30 min. later at hotel, so our schedule conflicted, so no breakfast! That is very important info. When on a schedule! Not a good ball drop!
