SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbus Easton Area

This was a great stay staff very friendly and nice the only bummer was we were told we could use the fire pit but at the last moment they said they couldn’t light it- but literally my only complaint because we called before going out with kids and their minds set on s’mores! But ended up being fine! Everything else was amazing!!

Room was ok for what we needed. 2 tvs but only one remote worked so it had to be shared and mostly ended up changing the channel or volume of the other TV as well. One of the outlets was not secured to the wall, the vent fan in the bathroom didn't work. Mini fridge froze all our food. Bottom of the pool was super dirty. Staff was very kind and helpful if you had a direct question. They didn't answer the phone though the 2x I called so I just went to talk to them at the desk. They have a shuttle service which is super helpful. Odd things are that this location is right next to an electrical plant and a dispensary if that's something that would bother you. It was somewhat difficult to get t o the hotel due to traffic patterns

Next to Easton. As soon as we headed towards our room you could smell weed. Weed dispenser located next to hotel and if we would have known this prior to booking, we wouldn’t have stayed. The other item was the constant running up and down the hallway and sounded like kids jumping on their bed for most of the night. We did not get the much needed rest we were looking forward to. Spoke with person at checkout and he applied points which was generous but would rather had the rest. We like your hotels but not this one.

Tv didn’t work had to move rooms with entire family after unpacking and had to have a maintenance man in the room with us about an hour trying to fix it first. Was given offered anything for the inconvenience and paid full price . No one helped us move or brought a rolling cart

Nice bed.brekfast was good..frig was broken and microwave wasn't plugged in..I thought room should have been ready for us but with those issues I was disappointed.

The dining area was nice and spacious. It was crowded, but it didn’t feel overwhelming because there was sufficient space for everyone to be seated. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

No housekeeping. And no towels at the pool. Staff was mediocre at best. But the hotel itself and the rooms were very nice.

Clean, well maintained, friendly, and accommodating!! Will definitely be staying here again in my future visits to the area.

Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We loved the location, so close to so much to do. The pool was very clean and water was so warm. The only negative was room, lots it tape and decorations left over from previous stay. Carpet had huge runs and got caught on our feet. And the curtains were not blackout as listed and it was difficult for my little one to fall asleep.

Very friendly staff. The lady who cleans at breakfast kept everything wiped down and full quantities of everything offered to eat.ouur room was very clean.

Everything is always enjoyable when staying in the eastern area and is close to all of the all the things that you should want to be by whether it’s the store or the mall or gas station even! That will probably be my go to every time. I’m in the Columbus area.

Very nice stay in was impressed

Not a bad stay, just think the room could have been a bit cleaner. The shower liner desperately needed replaced. Everything else was very clean though and we enjoyed having the trundle bed.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast. Went down at 8am. The selection was limited and in some cases nonexistent ( only one muffin remained). Just expected more for the price. We also wanted to hang out in the lobby when we got back from dinner and the bar wasn’t open either.

We loved the access to a shuttle.
