This stay was surprisingly better than I expected. The overall theme and decor was fun the location was great and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Moreover I would stay here again and I highly recommend it

The local team is amazing.. with a global outage of the Hilton reservation/check-in system and the interface between booking/Hilton down for an entire day, the team at the Graduate found a way to manually check us in. This was after another Hilton property left us stranded.. can't say enough positive things about this hotel & staff !! This is definitely my go to hotel for Columbus for now on ...

The staff was amazing when I went to check in they was having trouble with their system but they were super nice and I did not mind the 3 minute wait! The whole trip every staff member was super helpful and extremely friendly!!

Great hotel with a ton to do in walking distance

I am a big fan of Graduate Hotels but this one was my least favorite that I have stayed in. The standard king rooms are incredibly small, like Manhattan size. If I tried to open the mini-fridge it hit the bed. The bed was a spring mattress and not very comfortable. There is only $40 valet parking (not the hotel's fault, it's a super urban area) but it could be a little cheaper. The staff was friendly but very young and not especially proactive or overly helpful. The design elements, something that the Graduate is so well known for and frankly why I stay at them, was just ok. Beautiful seating area with horns and instruments hanging from above but other than that, meh. Breakfast options were limited and I paid $5 for a cardboard cup of oatmeal half filled with hot water.

The staff is wonderful as far as direction to anywhere you may want to go or what you are particularly looking to do.
