But, I would be lying if I said proximity was the best reason to stay here. And I wouldn’t be known as “honest Santa” if I lied. Yes, dear trackers, there’s something greater, and that is the front lobby boys. An omnipotent force, they were so helpful, friendly, kind and understanding. Like, if I could meet who ever hired Daniel and Rhyan, I would like to pick their brains for a second because they obviously know something. Absolute angels, those boys. Somehow the 2 most beautiful men in Columbus work the same lobby at the same time. Unbelievable. Blair was also a big help. All in all, 10/10, the ac gets super cold.

Room was great, staff was helpful (especially Ryan, who assisted me at the time I made my reservation), avocado toast at Soul espresso bar was yummy, gym facilities were clean and up to par. Valets were friendly and service was quick. Daily valet charge is a bit steep at $50, but that is the only complaint.

If you are looking for a place that feels very cozy and the beds aren’t like sleeping on bricks, this is absolutely the place to be. Perfectly located around all the attractions in Columbus

Great location and staff was awesome!

First and thrid day the young lady at serving breakfast, so nice ! Impressive. Second day at breakfast, seriously....if you have a bad mood , don;t take it out on customers. A smile is a big difference. I wanted to book directly at the Mreidine, not possible, full. So I booked through booking.com: possible. But now no reward points ! Why bother booking adirectly then.

Very clean and comfortable

Staff at check in were friendly. The room was as expected. I liked the toothpaste in the bathroom. The art on the second floor was interesting. Room was not over the top (I paid $@200, I would have been angry if I paid $600). The breakfast did not start early enough. Staff at breakfast was sullen

Nice hotel and lovely inside. Excellent room service. Horrible valet with only one spot for parking and only one person running valet ($50 a night). Room could use a good vacuuming. We watched a woman struggle with her luggage -no bell hop -noone to open doors- no luggage cart. And three employees at the front desk gossiping very loud but NEVER offered help. We struggled with our luggage and had the same experience. This is NOT 5 star service

It was perfectly located to the convention center and wonderful restaurants. I loved it but if I had to pick something to improve, a better coffee shop in the lobby would have been a bonus. The one there didn’t have much.
