AC Hotel by Marriott Columbus Downtown

Mostly terrible staff other than the lady at the reception in the morning. I forgot a bunch of items in my room and tried to contact to hotel over email and Hotels.com app, repeatedly; they didn’t respond at all.

This hotel was central to North Market, Short North Arts District, German Village and neighboring parks. The beds were comfy, the sound machine was a great addition since my room was near a busy highway, so noise was not a bother to getting a good night's rest. The Check in process was very accommodating, the weather was not cooperating with my plans so they were nice enough to let me check in a couple hours early. Valet was quick and efficient and totally hassle free. The Astra Rooftop I would highly recommend. I had the Banana Mai Tai and the Beet Salad with Blackened Chicken which was amazing, along with the views. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, comfy bed and pillows, very clean!

The cleanliness of the facility was good, the location was good, especially for are traveling reasons, we like that it did have valet parking.. We really liked that it had a rooftop restaurant and bar along with an additional restaurant inside as well. The rooms were tight. The water pressure was horrible. On so, ice machines were only located on even number floors.(2, 4, 6) we were put on an odd number floor., also, when asked for a late checkout due to our flight changes, it was denied,, the staff was by far, not the friendliest.. We travel quite a bit, and this was a disappointment. Especially after we had come to the rooftop bar, on our last time of travel to Columbus and decided to try the hotel and rooftop bar again, so our surprise It was a disappointment.

Very easy once found the parking entrance. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

And I understand that a decent breakfast is a nice amenity but paying $25 for a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee seems a bit much for those of us who want a little breakfast, not a big one. The location was terrific and overall, we were very happy with the experience.

I love the room! It was so clean, and felt safe keeping my items in the room. Valet parking was worth it! We did not encounter anything that we didn’t like about the property. However, the bed was not as good as we were expecting.

we are very happy with our stay at the AC Marriott hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar very much. The staff was all very helpful.

Location is excellent for anything in the convention center. Rooftop breakfast was terrific. Didn't visit the restaurant, but maybe next time. Clean, relatively quiet (there is a public park nearby with regular activity but it doesn't go late). Comfy bed and pillows. AC works fine. No water pressure whatsoever. Even with the pulse shower head it took me ages to rinse the shampoo out of my hair - and my hair is short! Only negative on an otherwise great stay. We will likely return just because of the location, and plan more time for showers.

Room was clean. But I want to give a shout out to the receptionist RAE.. she was so nice and helpful with everything. Also the Spruce st. Sporting bar was nice. Will most definitely stay again
