Terrible experience. The garage was hard to navigate, the housekeepers did not speak English to help with anything. The people working in the restaurant were horrible, this one man serving me was very dismissive, when I tried calling him for anything I needed.

Very nice hotel and property was maintained well. Employees seemed a little irritated to be there but were nice. Waiting to get my refund back for incident deposit…

Great stay, place has a resort feel to it. Didn't have to leave the property for great food and beverages. Room was great.

The king room we booked was smaller than we anticipated and did not have a skyline view, rather it was a view of the inside of the hotel. Make sure to get the big tower if you book a king room! Other than that, it was a beautiful hotel and you could walk freely around.

Very nice place. I will say parking is the only downsize, but if you don’t mind downtown traffic you will be okay. The walk from self parking to the hotel is a bit of a hike.

This is a very nice property! Great location and great staff. We loved our view of downtown. The pool was perfect for young children.

Getting to the parking lot was a bit of a challenge due to the convention center. Our GPS kept leading us to different entrances, but once we got there and familiarized ourselves with the surroundings, it turned out to be incredibly convenient and easy to access. The room was spotless, and the amenities and lobby were equally clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
