Hilton Columbus Downtown

Getting to the parking lot was a bit of a challenge due to the convention center. Our GPS kept leading us to different entrances, but once we got there and familiarized ourselves with the surroundings, it turned out to be incredibly convenient and easy to access. The room was spotless, and the amenities and lobby were equally clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

There is beautiful artwork throughout the hotel and even in the rooms. The staff was very helpful.

Top notch on all levels. The check in was quick and friendly. The roof top bar Stories had fabulous views of the city. The location was convenient. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the view of the city at night was a plus.

Close to venue. Staff friendly and helpful. I paid over $400 for a room for one night and had to pay $40 for parking not anywhere did it say I had to pay for parking. Ridiculous I will never stay here again. $20 for breakfast after you already paid hundreds of dollars os also crazy.

Clean room, great staff.

Beautiful hotel all around but don’t know if it was overall worth the price. Anyone has access to the elevators which is surprising for the price you’re paying, wasn’t really comfortable with that. There was one person working the happy hour so it was impossible to get a drink. Took 20+ minutes to get our vehicle from valet which offset our plans. The cherry on top was that our AC was set to 68 degrees and was reading 74 and was very difficult to sleep. Walls are also paper thin so being the room RIGHT by the elevator (975) we heard people singing etc. from the second we got there til about midnight. Really just bummed spending the extra money to stay here as a “luxury” and it was really sub par.

Great hotel option for the arena district of Columbus giving access to nationwide arena and the clippers stadium. With restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again.

What an amazing facility! The rooms were clean and beautiful, and I loved all the art throughout the hotel and in our room.

Loved the location. Being downtown in the conference center was super convenient with the coffee shops and little store downstairs open late. Pizza place down the street was amazing, nice quiet area. Super clean.
