Great location and proximity to event locations
-
Great value compared to other hotels in the area !
-
if I had the opportunity for another concert or venue in that area to visit I would definitely stay there ....

Washroom in room wasn’t properly cleaned after checking in and it took over 2 hours before it was taken care of. Had issues with housekeeping not showing up at all. The fitness centre is well equipped. Access to the skybridge and convention center was very helpful and the connection to other hotels was good. It would be helpful if front desk staff informed guests about the skybridge and connections to the convention center/other hotels upon checking in since this is a useful feature. The hotel restaurant has excellent tacos and great service, would be great if they also offered room service. Hotel just needs to be renovated and front desk staff need to be better trained.

This hotel was great! The restaurant food was delicious! I really liked having to use your key card to get up the elevator, they make sure people thst dont stay there are not wondering the floors. It doesnt get dark till around 9pm and the room shades made sure the room was dark and made it easy for us to sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting ohio.

Totally overpriced, the staff not friendly at all starting from the front desk. Rooms are average, nothing close to be worth almost $350 a night. Parking is expensive, the surroundings are noisy dirty and crowded. There’s construction going on that will wale you up very early.

Excellent in every way ! This is our second time staying on the Loft side and I have no complaints.

Nice staff was upgraded at the desk!

Two times falls fire alarms , we had to take the stairs from the 10th floor just to realize when we got down that it is falls. People who called the receptionist where told to stay in the room, they should announce it to all guests. Our room was big and nice we upgraded as we thought our daughter will stay with us , but ended up not joining, but the sofa did not have any sheets or blankets even though it was booked. Although we were on the 10th floor, we got a lot of noise from he roads specially at night motorcycles noise until 2am

Our room was way beyond our expectations. I just wish we would have had more time to enjoy it!

No pool nor spa. 3rd floor view was of a messy rooftop. Front staff not helpful. Could not get expected discount on self parking so they valet parked me

When I arrived to my assigned room the door was cracked open. The room appeared clean but in the bathroom there was a big ball of hair in the toilet.

We were allegedly supposed to receive a $10 food and beverage credit which I was told when we were checking out we could no longer use which seemed ridiculous that wasn’t told to us at check-in. They also did not inform me of check in time so we went by what was posted on their sign in the door that has emergency exit info etc. which was incorrect and we found that out because the front desk called us a few mins before noon to tell us checkout was at 11:00a ET. For the price of what we were charged in total with on site parking, fees, and taxes booking a better hotel with less space would have been a better decision. I’m sure there are worse hotels I could have booked but for the price I paid there were certainly better ones. As someone who travels for work about 50% of my life this stay made up my mind I would not be staying at a Sonesta for myself or our staff ever again.
