The initial room assessment was never cleaned, bed was slept in, dirty cups, towels and the television was still on. Once the front desk moved to another room we were given a handicap room. No blankets were provided for the couch bed, dirty towels were found in the sofa. Very sad, this is not the same Red Roof I stayed At for the Arnold. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Maybe a $60 (Sixty dollar) hotel.

Cater was an amazing front desk lady she did a great job made us feel welcomed she was amazing with our kids let there was a game room and a scavenger hunt for the kids and they got prizes at the end this in a great place to take kids yea there’s no pool but who needs a pool when you can do scavenger hunts and win prizes and play in the game room and eat cookies and popcorn

When we entered elevator after dinner, it was a large turnoff that it smelled like marijuana. The room felt very sterile but was large and clean. First time at a hotel that didn’t have any artwork. The upgrade did not seem worth it. There was only one staff member that night so they were unable to deal with the group of teenagers in the lobby and riding the elevator that also smelled of marijuana. They advertise that it is non-smoking and we also could smell marijuana coming into our room from an adjacent room. Parking was $20 for a lot across the street with no adjacent crosswalk that had a gate left open for the over night stay.

Close to Nationwide Arena. Large, quiet room and friendly staff. No breakfast and parking across street was $20.

First off there are no amenities. Secondly I was billed for using the safe when I did not. The staff member that checked us in clearly advised that we needed to mention that we did not use the safe at check out so I did. Was still charged for it. When I called there phone number on the invoice it just rings no one answers. This is a very cheap spot to stay but it is because they Nicole and dime you to make money. The room was acceptable not the worst accommodations I have ever had but the fact that I would normally not have check my bill for the use of a safe because I never need it, is more frustrating than the smell in the hotel the fact that we had to change rooms because our room smelled of cigarette smoke the moment we walked in and the whole hotel just smelled like odor correctors. They left the front door wide open day and night I assume to air out the hotel. Do not recommend this property.

Well, I pay for the premium package. The room didn't seem premium at all. And the snack bar was really not a snack bar. It was a box of stuff, a water bottle. A couple bags of nuts and a bag of popcorn. So they should stop calling that premium.

For starters, the room was fine with the exception of no tissues in it. This hotel has no onsite parking ( it's across the street) and it's an additional $20( not terrible) In addition, it's seven floors with an ice machine on each floor, but only one had ice!(I hit all seven floors and finally found one!) At least there are plenty of restaurants, breweries and bars within walking distance.

Wouldn’t let me check in 30 minutes early so I had to try to check in at midnight and they told me their washers are down so they can’t give me my room. I had to drive all the way home in the middle of the night . I’m hoping I wasn’t charged

It was clean looking and smelling. The hotel staff didn't let me park un the handicap spot even though we have a valid placard. The receptionist did allow me to stay parked in front of the hotel since her manager wouldn't let her lift the gate for us to the designated handicapped parking. I also requested an accessible bathroom during booking, which was not provided. When I asked about it, I was told they only had one housekeeper so an accessible room would not be available. The last issue was they charged me an additional $222.22 for the room and parking, after I had paid through booking.com on 7/30th. A refund is supposedly being processed. No coffee was available downstairs upon arrival or in the morning until after 8am.

No restaurant on the property but an easy walk to places - if you are going to a concert or the convention center it’s an easy walk
-
It was adequate. Wasn't able to park.
-
Easy walk to the convention center The room felt tired and in need of a refresh. A basic continental breakfast option would increase the value considerably.
