I will never again stay at a Red Roof hotel. After a 6 hour drive, we entered the dingy lobby and waited more than 15 minutes before someone came to the desk to check us in. Then we went to the elevator to get to our room, one of the two elevators was out of order. When we finally made it to the room (very dingy with no decoration whatsoever), we were greeted by a dingy bathroom with no vanity or countertop and no toiletries (except two tiny bars of soap), and an odd fold-out seat or something in the bathtub. There were only two hangers in the closet. I called the desk for help and was only able to reach someone off-site who could not help me. Finally someone came and dropped off two rolls of toilet paper (that we didn't request) and I clarified that I needed toiletries, not toilet paper. She returned later with three tiny bottles of shampoo and tersely said they were "the last three they have." To make matters worse, the bed was ridiculously high and inaccessible (28 inches from the floor), which was hip-level for me. I was very close to finding another hotel, but we were tired and it was only for two nights, so we lived with it. But we will never book with Red Roof again.

It was a very nice stay so much that already reserved a room for next year.

Solid 3 stars. Fridge and coffee maker was broken in room, had a light out as well. Great location and great price. Would stay again.
-
Very economical and it showed. No breakfast. I slept on top of the covers. Very old fixtures and I refused to use the not very clean tub.

Did the job, but very low rent.

Bedbugs in the first room we got put in, staff did not even seem surprised or acted like they cared, puke like runs down the side of bed, hairs all over bedding, musty smell outside of lobby, baseboard plastic peeling off the walls in both rooms, night staff yelling at doordash, paid for my own parking and still got charged for theirs even though I told night clerk and morning clerk that I did not use their 20$ parking. When I mentioned to morning staff that there was bedbugs in the first room, I had to ask how they handled it and was provided the response of “ if inspector confirms we will issue a refund” they didn’t ask what room… they didn’t ask for details nor apologize. I fully believe that same room got rented to the next person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Its worth the little extra to have a room you can comfortably sleep in without your skin crawling.

Revolting and disgusting in horrible condition! Now towels in bathroom which was needed for the water leak! 45 min to check in old and TERRIBLE CONDITION!
-
Room clean. Water pressure was low. No maintenance on weekend to fix clogged toilet gave me a plunger
-
Staff very welcoming and helpful-room clean-bed was perfect! Lots of hot water and shower pressure was good - staying again in August!!

You pay for what you get. Dark and dirty room, parking lot that we paid to access was full, wouldn't give us extra blankets because it was past 8pm, microwave crapped out, shower didn't drain, etc. Largely unhelpful desk staff, but none of this was their fault. Someone up above them made some real dumb decisions. Horrible stay.

The room that I stayed in was not cleaned. There was food on the non-carpeted floor, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the shower still had someone else's hair in it when I used it the first time. The room was a little odd, about 1/3 of the room was completely empty save a single chair. The staff at the front desk was great.

Drapes were too small for the window, allowing a lot of light around all edges from streetlights directly outside. Our toilet did not flush well unless the handle was held down. Only one small wastebasket was provided and was pushed so far under the sink that we really had to search for it! The lobby and our room each had a strong smell like air freshener partially concealing another smell, possibly stale smoke or mildew. The advertised free coffee was available only some of the time, with no clear schedule. These were all minor issues in an overall okay experience. We would stay here again if it was the best value in the area at the time of our convention.

We were not informed when checking In that housekeeping only cleans if you request it. We finally requested it for the next morning but was surprised on our return at the end of the day that our room had not been cleaned at all.

Our room was large enough for 2 kings but they are double beds (smaller than a queen). The rooms were not clean. Lots of hair on the floors. The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses felt old and broken down. It was nice to be within walking distance of the conference and the area felt safe, but I wouldn't stay here unless it was the only option.

Had a corner room that was warmer than the rest of the hotel. Overall a decent stay
-
Best price for location. Bed was comfortable. Dirty floors. Ventilation system very loud.
-
It was close to my location and friendly staff It wasn't the cleanest, they said they have breakfast but don't... They have coffee ONLY
-
It was okay for one night stay. No parking lot next to hotel. Parking cost $15.00 across the street and the walkability to the lot was awful. Hotel staff was great. Room service was overpriced, food was not great and it was left in the lobby.

Great and helpful staff
