The room was clean i love it

Beds were comfy, clean rooms, needed to have laundry bags but no big deal, not a game changer. And need got water for tea, not everyone drinks coffee.

Slow check in. Bag of trash left in room. Bathroom shower and tile cracked and rusty areas. Elevator almost never worked and was extremely slow when it did .

Pleasant

We checked into the hotel around 6 o’clock and there were six couples in front of us. The check-in in process took forever. There was one clerk. Two other employees were hanging around, but no one was helping the clerk checking people in. I had booked a king-size room we got two doubles. The room smelled like smoke and the air conditioner was not keeping the room cool

Close to where we was going I was giving the wrong room twice still didnt get the right one. Paid for premium so didnt get one.

It was very convenient. There are many restaurants and things around there to do. The hotel was nice. The staff was nice. Only one of the two elevators were working so it's slowed things down getting to our room and leaving.

Location The first room we were given we walked in on someone who I think was staff sleeping in it

The location was fairly good. The room was not clean -- there was black mould growing on the wall under the air conditioning unit, there was hair that didn't belong to us in the tub, and the floors were actually sticky. The hallways smelled like sewage, which they tried to cover up with a really heavily perfumed deodorizer. Our room keys did not work every time we tried to use them, requiring us to go back to the reception to have them fixed. The people across the hall were stuck outside of their room for the same reason. Moreover, they checked other guests into our room while we were out for the day, giving them access to our things. Those guests were equally unimpressed to walk into a hotel room that was already being used. The reception staff was dismissive and rude. One ignored us at the counter while scrolling on her phone, and the other took a personal facetime call while she was checking us in. Any interaction with them was gruff, no matter how polite we were. We are not high maintenance travelers, but this was truly awful.

Overall, the hotel was clean and a very convenient location. Upon arrival the person at check in was very unprofessional. Any questions that were asked about the room or check in process in itself was responded to with attitude or scrolling in her phone which I assumed was her way of checking things. The night time front desk attendant very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, quiet floor (and this was university football weekend.).

The location was great We had no shower curtain no towel the toilet wouldn’t flush and the manager still has not addressed my concerns

The location was convenient for what we needed, especially after a last-minute change in our travel plans. Unfortunately, there really wasn’t much else positive about the stay. The room was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. Floors weren’t vacuumed, there was trash and dirt under the bed, hair and crumbs in drawers, and the room smelled strongly of mildew. The pull-out couch was stained and covered in dirt, crumbs and trash, including a water bottle left behind. The advertised partition door was also missing. We have extensive photos and videos documenting everything.

Staff very helpful. A few minor maintenance issues. However, overall a good stay.

when i arrived to check into my room there was a line out the door of people. there were two concerts happening in the city so the wait was expected. after waiting in line for an hour to get checked in the two people in front of me were informed that there were no clean rooms anymore. myself and half the line already had reservations. but our rooms were still not ready after waiting in the line. when i did get my room after another half hour there was no soap restocked for us and the last person who stayed in the room wasn’t cleaned up after. their pantry food was still tucked into shelves and there was dirt under the chairs.
