Excellent, convenient location. Able to walk to Scott Miracles Gro Stadium in 20 minutes. Parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn't need it again until we left. Very polite, helpful staff

Not sure if I would stay here again for a long trip only because I found that not having a convenience store or grocery store within walking distance to be a bit of a hassle. But if we’re staying for just a couple of nights it would be perfect

Very basic. Limited food options. AC unit was tricky to operate. There were stairs leading to elevator, so had to carry luggage up short flight of stairs.

Valet parking was not the best

The valet parking is hard to use. Very little room out front. Gave up and parked 2 blocks away. Other than that, good hotel.

Awesome location!! A short walk to Nationwide Arena and tons of great food! Staff was great. The AC was noisy and couldn't turn off and the view out the window was a dumpster but other than that this is perfect for a downtown stay. Do yourself a favor and walk over to Wario's Beef and Pork for lunch!

The staff was friendly, hotel was clean & the pool/hot tub area was nice. We planned to eat there in the evening, but there wasn’t really any options for kids but otherwise would recommend the stay.

Valet had an insanely long wait time. After a long wait, self parked elsewhere nearby. Should have more food options. Also the room floors are kind of dark. Front door is small.

Did not like this hotel....parked far away due to unable to get receipt for valet. Steps in Lobby difficult to climb with luggage. AC not working in room, front desk did not answer phone, called housekeeping and was transferred back to front desk that continued to not answer phone

Refrigerator didn't work. Have to carry luggage up steps. I still haven't received my incidentals back from my last atay.

I did not like the hotel location. They also charge $38 to park your car. Would rather drive 10 or 15 minutes earlier in the morning to have restaurant options and free parking.

It was a very clean room, but the pool and hot tub had too much chlorine. The staff was super nice and helpful. I didn't have a chance to check out there gym.

Restaurant wasn’t opened, and would serve any vegetarian options due to short staff. Other than that great stay and front desk staff was amazing!

The location was great for being close to things. Rooms were clean and hallways. Front desk check in employee was great! The parking was tough unless you valet . Was loud with motorcycles and traffic in the middle of the night. The lobby furniture was very worn and used. Not sure if that’s where the musty smell was coming from too in the lobby area.

The room was incredibly comfortable. Very spacious. Is no weird smells anywhere. Hot water all the time. Sheets were clean. They have a jacuzzi that it was functioning and their schedule for the facilities was comforting. I didn't have a free breakfast experience in this hotel but they did receive me with a bag with free water. The front desk was very helpful and always very charming. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. I was a solo traveler, and I felt very safe. I wish that jacobsi was open twenty four hours?

Great experience overall. We loved the hot tub
