The property is beautiful and staff was super attentive. The bar has a mellow vibe and knowledgeable bartenders.

I was surprised by how the employees were dressed during my stay. When I arrived after midnight, the concierge came out from the back office wearing pajamas, which I found very unprofessional. The cleaning lady was also dressed inappropriately for a hotel setting, wearing a crop top, and the in-room dining waiter was not wearing a uniform either. I would expect all staff, regardless of the time of day or their role, to maintain a professional appearance when interacting with guests.

Location! Rooms are literally above the Palace Theatre. They are clean and have comfy beds. Plenty of lighting options and a great desk/chair for work. Room service from the Keep was delicious. Great service from the front desk along with valet!

The property was amazing and I’ll definitely stay again. The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable. The mattress felt a little hard or stiff and I couldn’t sleep on my side without my joints hurting.
