Great location within walking distance of lots of things. Easy parking in nearby garage. Very clean and well maintained. No complaints at all. Intend to stay there again.

I booked this hotel because it was at least $100 a night cheaper on a Friday night than other hotels in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Well, you get what you pay for. This is probably a lovely hotel 50 years ago but now it just seems rundown. The bathroom was pretty bad with leaking faucet and a sink and toilet that drained extremely slow slowly. There is dirt in the corners on the floor toilet paper stuffed into a hole in the wall paint peeling…. We didn’t even try to use the bathtub/shower. The restaurant dinner menu is limited, and the food was rather bland and way overpriced, although the weight staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant itself had dirty, carpets and dirty windows. The beds and pillows in our room I guess were the highlight of our stay. They were quite comfortable if you’re just looking for a place to lay down your head in downtown Columbus and save some money this place will do. If you’re used to the cleanliness standards of a Hilton or Sheraton or Marriott, this one does not measure up.

Restaurant was closed due to “low occupancy, sheets are stiff and scratchy as are the bath towels. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Only get 1/2 water out of the shower head. Hot water is scalding out of faucets. Will not return.

Lack of upkeep. Poor paint , poor caulking , fixtures in bathroom were loose and hanging. Mold in in tub. Tub filled while showering. Sheets were rough. AC was cold but condenser or something was off because at times the air felt clammy. One staffer working at time at desk. I checked in Sunday and didn't another patron until Weds. and I checked out on Friday- still never saw other patrons coming and going. Gym was okay- but had no AC. It had paper cups on the wall - but now water next to them. Coffee / water station in lobby was gnat ridden. It was basically like a motel- but it was a 22 story hotel. So it was a crappy 22 story motel. Adhere to the poor reviews and stay elsewhere. I would have checked out if hotel(s) I needed were not booked.

Check-in quick and easy, as was check out Conveniently located right downtown with parking easily accessible We had five people in a room and requested a pull out sofa bed. Unfortunately the sheets were dirty and there were not enough towels for all of us. Overnight the room got really warm and we could not adjust the AC. Breakfast not included
-
Rooms need a refresh, the AC wasn’t working in our original room, were moved to another and the AC didn’t work well there either.

It was a decent hotel I would say again
-
The gentleman kicked my guest out at 9:45 cause checkouts made her wait till I came back n was rude wen telling me to remove my things when all I had done was run to the bank
-
I walked into the building and it looked like a ghost town - empty and silent. It also had a musty odor as I walked in. I checked in and went upstairs to the room I was given, only to find out the room had not been cleaned at all from the previous guest. Bed dirty and undone, bathroom clearly used and dirty, opened and emptied bottles of wine on the nightstand... just terrible! I immediately went back to the front desk and reported this, and requested a cancellation of my reservation. Now I'm trying to get Expedia to reimburse me for what I paid for this fiasco.

The hotel seems to be dated. It was quiet and clean. The bar closed at 9p on a Saturday. Parking was hard to find. But we may stay there again.

After driving around several blocks and even entering the wrong garage based on the limited information we had, we returned to the front desk for clarification multiple times. Rather than providing clear directions, we were simply told to “park on the street and come back,” which was frustrating given the late hour and the lack of available street parking. When we finally located the correct parking garage and returned, the employee simply turned away with what appeared to be a smirk, which made an already stressful situation feel even more unpleasant. A little patience, empathy, and clearer communication would have gone a long way in improving our experience.

Customer service very bad , room not as shown on the site
-
The time was not what I thought it was going to be, but the staff helped make it right and was a great help
-
Property is looking a little tired and because it was in transition from one chain to another I could not get my points so not a perfect stay but the staff were very helpful and it was well located in Downtown
-
Room was hot and fix for the hot room was a noisy floor fan. Staff was very nice and helpful as much as they could be.
-
Great stay!! All was excellent!
-
Difficult to get ice is my only problem, The staff was great
-
The room was 80 degrees. It was 75 when we checked in, we turned on the AC and left for the evening. We came back and the room was 79 degrees, the entire 9th floor was in the 80s. It was 70 degrees outside but the windows do not open. Great location, clean room, but we had a hard time sleeping in the heat.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Just be prepared for the following: the property hasn't been updated in at least 30 years. No amenities including cable or WiFi. No supplies available onsite. Bring your own water, snacks and everything else.
