HOT! Air conditioning issue and a fan was the fix.

Sigh. If it weren't for the night staff, I'd give it 0. The building feels like it's falling apart. We had to move rooms 3 times because the room wouldn't get cold - The AC just blew warm air. I wouldn't recommend it.

The A/C either didn’t work or didn’t work well. I told the staff and nothing changed. It was doable but not great.

My room keys kept failing, requiring me to replace them at the front desk. There was no cold water in my room, as such the shower was scalding, and they gave me the adjacent room to shower in, but even that had no cold water. Then the coffee machine was missing the piece that holds the coffee, making it unusable.

The prize was too expensive and not worthy. Not fridge in the room. The bath towel was not properly organized.

No on-site parking or valet offered. Had to walk a block away from the nearest parking deck. Dated amenities.

Temperature control in the shower sucked. Otherwise... All good.

Not my first choice, but it will do if you're short on options.

It is definitely an older property. Our air conditioner was broken so we were quite warm duirng our 1 day stay. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk,they said they would make a note of it...no apology, no “we’ll fix it”.

Hotel staff was really nice and helpful. People at the bar were super friendly. Our bathroom fan was not working properly, so it was really hot in our room for the two nights we stayed.

Super clean room, and all the staff was fabulous!

The bed sheets were like sand paper, recommend getting new linens for the beds

Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and located close to public transportation.

It was hotter in our hotel room than it was outside. We asked maintenance to come fix the air because it was 77° in our room when we got there it took him about 30 minutes. They came up. They said the cold water valve was off he opened it. He said it would be 15 minutes we left. We went to our event. We came back and it was 79° in our room, they had to provide us with two fans just to get through the night. There was a light out in the bathroom and the wallpaper was peeling. Not very happy especially since it cost me $300 for one night.

Conveniently located. Staff were very friendly and well prepared for our arrival. We requested an early check-in, and they were very accommodating to help make sure we weren't late for the first act of the music festival. Parking was convenient. We used a pay lot across the street. Our room was fine. We had a nice view of the park. Overall, we were looking for an affordable and safe place to sleep after a concert and didn't need a lot of bells and whistles. Perfectly fit the bill.

The air conditioning in the room did not work it was 80 degrees the entire time in the room. The towels had someone’s hair on them and the wall in bathroom had same long dark hair on the wall. The “free” parking was full and they would not comp the other garage they told us to use.

I had called to get this cancelled once I got to see the room but was told that they will only know by Monday about cancellation. It is poor service and management that I m being asked to do another booking if I don’t like this and then hope to get a refund. Ideally I would like a refund - this was a really poor experience with hotel not even showing a name sign, and even the door key cards not having rhe hotel name. Lighting was extremely poor as well.
