What you would expect clean and nice people and building.

1. The front desk staff was very accommodating and patient. However, our body soap was empty and when they cleaned the room they didn’t refill it or give us new washcloths. The fan was broken in our bathroom. At some point our room key didn’t work and when I went to the front desk to get it replaced there was another customer at the desk with the same issue. Again, the amazing staff resolved this issue quickly. Lastly I saw a bug( roach?) in our bathroom both nights. We were on a very high floor so they didn’t just crawl in from the outside. The company needs to invest in hiring more staff and extermination.

The maintenance guy showed up, I fiddled with the water supply knob. It flushed for him of course. Morning of check out it was back to not flushing. Weird. And they know there's a problem, but they keep letting the room. Weird. I got a discount. But still, non flushing toilet at a Holiday Inn is not acceptable.

In the end we had an enjoyable stay and would go back.

Nice stay

Nothing spectacular, but a nice hotel. Good location, pleasant front desk staff, adequate pool and fitness room. I couldn’t find an ice machine on our floor—looked like it might have been removed.

A positive is that, as I have found at other Holiday Inns, the burgers in the restaurant are great. The bar was poorly stocked.

Beautiful stay

Property is older, but well maintained. The bathroom in our room was very small. But functioned for our shorter stay.

Spacious room, good breakfast, decent gym, nicely located.

The hotel ran out of coffee for the rooms for several days but the front desk was kind about it until they restocked a few days later. They ran out of towels, but the front desk was able to find some for me. Kind staff.

Convenient to activities and restaurants The MANAGER. He was rude and a little combative when I saw that I was given the wrong room.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. WiFi worked great. Breakfast wasn’t included and seemed a little expensive for a basic buffet breakfast.

Truck was broken into in the parking lot. Could not get shower temperature regulated because it was either scalding hot or ice cold. No soap in the room to wash my hands.

Nice swimming pool inside. Outside property could have been cleaner. Lot's of Cigarette butter on the ground by the entrance. Cable to the TV was disconnected so I had to reinstall it.

Overcharged me for the room. Knew it was going to be an issue right when I checked in which took over a half an hour. Staff was completely unhelpful.
