Holiday Inn Columbus Dwtn-Capitol Square by IHG

This was a very great hotel! We will stay again. It was an overnight stay. The only problem was there was no breakfast at the restaurant like told. I must say the air in our room was nice and COLD, lol. And there is a tub after long travel and busy day to relax.

The room and all was very clean. they offered views from the 11 or 12 floor but they do not have any view pay more for a high floor is not worthy, the price is high.

It was a nice experience.

Everyone was very helpful. We asked for extra towels and a banket it was at our room in less than 10 minutes. Rooms were very clean.

Bed was hard and I thought I booked one with free breakfast for the price of the hotel it definitely not worth it

Definitely would not recommend this hotel! Did not feel safe and if we had not checked in at 1 AM in the morning, we would’ve definitely left

Fridge, AC, and Shower were all broke. They did move us to another room though. No ice vending on floors 1-4. It was broke on floor 5. Overall pretty rundown hotel compared to the pictures online.

Really clean and Loved that used All dove hygiene

I loved the location it was very close to the venue that I was visiting. It was easy to Uber to and from. Lots of eating places. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The rooms need some maintenance but they were clean. The kids loved the pool and breakfast. The staff was super nice and helpful. Good hotel for the money. Within walking distance to restaurants and the river.

Terrible experience. The hotel is extremely dated and looks nothing like the provided photos. Also, the shower floor was extremely slick with what seemed like soap that hadn't been washed away. This caused my wife to slip and strike her head on the side of the tub. Along with that the morning of checkout housekeeping knocked twice and then just barged in at 09:20, check out isn't until 11. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Clean room and friendly staff. Exterior and interior common areas could use a little sprucing up.

Rooms weren’t ready at check-in due to a housekeeping delay. The hotel was alright but definitely dated. They were having some computer issues later on and couldn’t sell any drinks at the bar or snacks from the lobby without cash. The staff tried their hardest despite the poor circumstances.

Location is great. Check-in was delayed. Restaurant service had limited hours and staff was short with patrons. Overall great location for access to many venues and bus line.

Don’t Recommend making a reservation because we had to wait an hour and half even though we had made a reservation all workers were very rude and not very helpful. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had would’ve gotten better care at a Motel 6.

Older hotel but clean

Charges for Breakfast 13.99 and it was med. at best. Elevators were broken. only one working. It was packed due the AC/DC concert. The breakfast was to be included but was NOT. No microwave.

Room was large and clean. Beds were comfy. But the overall hotel was run down. Needs updating. We were only there for one night so it was fine.
