Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus Downtown

This place was fantastic! The room was spacious, the breakfast bar was next-level, and there was plenty of space for sitting inside or outside. There was even a little kids’ play area. We saw a few dogs / it’s pet-friendly. Very clean, safe, quiet and proximal to the Capitol. Terrific! Great restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. See: Pierogi Mountain and Brioso! We would definitely stay again!

Exceptional

Room is big, facilities are functional and tidy, breakfast was good, and the staff are very helpful and friendly (Monica, Angel). The sofa-bed was broken and difficult to open and close, and the bathroom door did not fully close.

Queen bed was actually full size, that is, 6” narrower than expected. A/C extremely noisy and blowing ice cold air right onto the bed.

The rooms facing Main street do have a bit more street noise than I expected. There is a very busy McDonald's across the street that contributes to most of it.

Booked the king suite for a vacation. Home2suites was a great place to stay, it was nice having a full suite. And kitchenette is convenient. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot. Might want to use smaller tongs for the egg/meat area though. Staff were attentive. Will definitely put Home2suites on potential hotel for future trips

The room accommodations were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. There was an issue with my reservation. I was told it w.as cancelled. After a period of time, they found my reservation with Booking.com and all was rectified. The staff was on top of the issue.

The stay was great I just did not like that they charged African Americans for parking and did not charge Caucasians for parking. I know that because I stayed with a group of a mixture of people and the Caucasian people that was in my group was not charged for parking but the African-American people that were in my group were charged for parking
