Reviews
-
Great location for so many restaurants as well as event center. Wonderful pool, sauna, and workout area as well.

I love how organized and clean the property was. I also was able to get an upgrade because it was my birthday. The rooms were very spacious beautiful views Pool the highlight of the trip just wish they had continental breakfast maybe longer hours for the restaurant

The "blackout" curtains had gaps on both ends, and the center so the sunlight came in.
-
It was downtown I went for the pool and it shutdown due to someone puking in it but it was 100 degrees and the hotel had lots of liquor out by the pool so what did they expect
-
I place a card for incidentals but at the pool you need your card to order anything, valet is a separate charge, room service app makes you think your being hacked. But the hotel, staff, and pool were great. I would go back again.

I didn’t eat breakfast. Charging for the water beside the coffee,Their should have been free water by the coffee.Had to leave the room to get bottled water. The water in the room 7.00 dollars ridiculous.

-
The front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful! And the pool was wonderful!
-
No trash bags in room, kinda made us feel weird to throw stuff away. Nobody came by next day to replace trash or towels.
-
Nice rooftop pool & hot tub.

Have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this was by far the worst experience. Would never stay here again nor recommend. The room next to us had a barking dog… think they moved them?.. NO. The rooftop pool is amazing in theory. Completely understand they allow pool passes. But on the 4th of July, should be suspended. 97% of seating was taken by non staying guests. Kids (little as 3y) in the hot tub do you know that was all peed in. The pool, kids doing cannon bombs off the side splashing everyone. No supervision to even say hey there’s a baby in the pool and a lady in a brace so be respectful. Not a relaxing experience. Marriotts response was sorry to hear your experience wasn’t as expected. Marriott do better!! Especially for your guests actually staying in hotel.

The doors of this hotel were extremely dirty upon my arrival and departure . The initial room o was given there was a dog constantly barking the whole time so I had to get a room switch . My anticipation was all wrong when I thought I was going to relax at the pool . My husband and I didn’t even have a chair to sit . The pool was full and the hot tub had a pile of kids in it . It just wasn’t the vibe I was expecting . A kid jumped in the pool and said I’m going to pee in here and that would be the end of my pool time after all the unpleasant splashing . Where were the parents . Are the Day passes worth the impact of losing customers looking for a quality stay ? I live in the city I won’t be going back .
