Great walkability to many restaurants and bars, easy to find with convenient valet. Nice bar and multiple food options in the court within the hotel. Rooms well maintained and spacious. Great place to stay if in town for an event at one of the venues

Very impressed with this hotel, probably the nicest I’ve been to in a long while. Everyone at the front desk were super nice and helpful. If I’m in Columbus again, I will be staying here!

I appreciated the quick check-in before parking the car in the parking garage. The elevators are not working in the garage.

Ordered room service, I will say not worth it, burgers tasted like Burger king but more $$$. Over all it was ok.

The room was great. I use a wheelchair and canes for mobility. The room was very accessible. But the bathroom sink did not have and hand holds around it, and was only held on the wall by the plumbing. Anyone with mobility issues is going to need something to lean on and eventually the sink and the plumbing are going to give way. There were plenty of hand hold bars in the bathtub but it was set up by someone who doesn’t have any experience with handicap accessibility. There were lots of handholds around the bathroom, but they were not practically placed. All the amenities were very nice though.

The staff was exceptional, always focused on meeting my needs. The room was clean, aesthetically appealing, and highly functional. I would recommend this hotel.
