The breakfast was very nice. The staff very friendly and helpful. Especially the big guy in the reception. He was do funny and made us feel welcomed. Nothing I disliked.

The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was also an easy walk to the pickup and drop-off stop for our event shuttles. Complimentary breakfast was one of the main reasons we booked here, and we appreciated having it included. We’d happily stay again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given an upgrade without asking. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close to North Market. It was slightly noisy but that could be expected for downtown. It didn’t interfere with sleeping.

The price is great for then location, close to multiple convention spaces and plenty of restaurant and bar choices in walking distance.

Great free breakfast daily. Only complaint was my floor (4th) had a bit of a musty smell. My room felt damp, even with the air conditioning on. Dampness surprisingly improved with the a/c off. Pillows smelled a little musty and were way too soft. My friend who stayed in another room in the hotel had a similar complaint, even noting some mold in her room. A lot of construction around the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing especially the front desk attendants I’m so sorry I didn’t get their names. Loved the location and will definitely be back!

Air conditioning in the rooms are like sitting with a locomotive and hit running all night or a diesel engine. It was horrible no sleep whatsoever.
