honestly I loved my stay, we loved being greeted by clifford at the front desk (he made our day every time we walked by)the valet parking was amazing (except the garage getting 4 inches of water when it rained) but the staff was wonderful and careful with my car. breakfast was not the best very mediocre all off the “cooked food” was bad but yogurt and cereal were good options. really everything was great aside when I asked housekeeping to clean our room and change out sheets after we extended our stay and they put a stained sheet on one of our beds.

Wasn’t a bad location the breakfast was excellent good food the bed was comfortable When I booked it nothing was said about a $45 valet it had no self parking the shower was small and was slippery was a little outdated needs some updates

Hilton had a global outage that didn't allow front desk to check people in until 10o pm or so... no direction given by local staff other than "we r sorry". When other guest asked for Manager as there were 30+ people in the lobby waiting, we were told the Manager was at home. (During a major outage.. seriously). We requested a refund that consisted of them writing our name on a piece of paper, then we rebooked at another hotel. I travel 250 days a year, so not new to travel challenges.. but this was not handled well by the local management and I won't look to stay here again, suggest you do the same.

We traveled to Ohio for a concert. We drove 8 hrs from upstate NY. And this hotel was walking distance from the venue and it was amazing! Super friendly staff, very clean, valet parking which was very convenient and an indoor swimming pool and free breakfast. We had a blast and definitely enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!
