Clean room friendly staff

The staff at Drury Inn was amazing. Every person from the checkin desk, breakfast area to the house keeper were all super friendly, courteous and just all around wonderful. Thank you for making our stay great.

This is the place to stay downtown. Room was clean ,staff was great with answering our questions. Everything you need is within walking distance

Very friendly and helpful personnel

As usual the Drury comes through. At this point I really don't know why people go to other hotels. This hotel chain always has the cleanest rooms and the most friendly staff. We found a Drury by accident a few trips ago and man are we happy we did!!!

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, and I loved the in house parking garage with everything accessible with your keycard. Wonderful public areas with free breakfast, evening drinks and food..We had a great stay at an affordable price!

The gentleman who checked us out this morning was impeccable! Great customer service from him! Only reason this stay didn’t get a 1 Star was due to hood friendliness and professionalism!

Staff was very helpful. Loved the combination of indoor/outdoor pool. Was very surprised about the popcorn in the lobby. Loved that! Liked the 5:30 kickback. Maybe change up the meats for breakfast. We were there 4 nights and the breakfast meat never changed. Would have liked to have seen some bacon instead of sausage patties. Otherwise, it was a great stay. We would come back again.

The room was great, staff was extremely nice. We had a couple issues but was fixed right away. Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and we will be back! Thanks for a great stay!!

Easy to find and great stay

Absolutely outstanding! I travelled solo, and the safety of this property was exceptional. No one can get into the parking garage or elevators without a room key. Luggage carts in the garage, took it right over to my car and then right into the elevator and up to my room. The room was HUGE!!!! Free breakfast and dinner buffet that was delicious. Free drinks in the evening, if you drink alcohol. Super safe and clean, indoor and outdoor pool and patio, hot tub too. Literally hands down the best property I have ever stayed at. Staff was superb!!!!

I got an extra charge, which I think was for using the parking garage.

We really appreciated the breakfast buffet and evening kickback. Both had enough variety of food choices. Our room was overall a good value. We had the double room with king bed and fold out sofa. Both were comfortable which was a surprise give my experience with fold outs is normally miserable due to the bars at the sections. We determined that the amenities and staff were the determine facto in us using Drury Plaza in the future.

Everything was great ! In town for a concert. Parking garage was only available for one floor due to construction, but other than that it was an exceptional stay!

I understand the need for appropriate staffing and having the pool open, but due to the festivities I was in town for, I was not able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub due to the hours of operations. That was a bummer for me. Otherwise, you have an excellent facility and staff.

Fantastic amenities!! Free food and drinks in the evening and free hot buffet breakfast in morning. Food was great! Nice pool and hot tub and the room was super clean and nice!! I would definitely stay here again!!

The breakfast and dinner accommodations during our stay was most helpful as we attended all day events in the convention center attached. This way after a long day of events we did not have to travel far for dinner and started a day with a nice breakfast. Highly recommend staying here. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Parking garage was a disaster. The layout was horrible and there were not enough spaces, especially if you drove anything other than a tiny car. This was made more frustrating by the fact that there was a surcharge for parking that had not been previously communicated with my reservation.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
