Location was excellent. Breakfast was not as thoughtful or special as other bed and breakfasts. Be sure to not park in the managers spot. We thought traffic cone was to reserve space for guests. Called in the night to move our car. Not very kind or hospitable. The manager should have parked elsewhere. This was upsetting and we will not return. We are very kind people and we didn't appreciate being treated unkindly.

I have been staying at this property for years. The cleanliness is welcome. I do miss the Victorian furniture that was in the parlor for years. But am thankful for the clean linens, bathtub, and the treats and breakfast. The included parking spot and being made to feel like I am at my home away from home. Highly recommend this treasure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I was a bit worried that it may be hot staying on the 3rd floor in the middle of summer, but it was nice and cool and very quiet and relaxing! Great water pressure in the shower. Tracy is an amazing host! I would highly recommend staying here!

Tracy was phenomenal, the place was gorgeous and the breakfasts were delectable—not to mention the yummy cookies!

We went for our wedding anniversary. It is such a beautiful building with the cutest rooms. It was very quiet and clean we thought we had the whole building to ourselves yet it was a full house! The breakfast was very good it was nice mingling and meeting the others who stayed. The area is perfect for walking and exploring stores. The staff were very nice. We will 100% be coming back.

The kind host and cozy place My room was not the temperature that we normally like, this is summer time .. we have a little fan that helped

Always feels like home away from home. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious home made breakfast. Hoping to return soon!

This is a beautiful, well kept property. I always meet great people and enjoy the conversation over breakfast. I’ve been twice and highly recommend them. If you are traveling in summer I would not recommend the top floor. Ohio gets super hot. I went during a heat wave. The property was cool but the 3rd floor loft was a bit warm. I loved the amenities and felt deeply cared for on my visit. Thank you Tracy.

The dining room and sitting room are decorated very lovely in historical B&B style. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall our stay was excellent and we would highly recommend this B&B.

Amazing
-
The location was great. It was walking distance to restaurants. Parking was not acceptable. The parking spaces were double, with cars parked in behind others. We parked at a nearby parking ramp, which cost $35 overnight.

Loved the location, everything is walkable. The B&B had their own small parking lot. Tracy, the proprietor, was super helpful, a lovely person and a great cook!
