Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Columbus West

These rooms are tough to keep up with as far as repairs to tile, furniture and various items in the room. If you are super picky, not for you. Great night's sleep and clean. This was all we needed.

Rooms were dirty and smelled

Staff sooo friendly & helpful. Great waffles. Only drawback was pool water was too chilly for me to go in.

This is a very old hotel and needs refurbishing urgently. The floors and carpeting are tired, musty, and feel dirty (even if they'd actually been cleaned).

Right after we checked in a maintenance person walked right into our room without knocking, to replace the smoke detector. On our second day, we couldn’t get into our room because the person who checked us in programmed the keys for one night only. The cleaning staff took our towels and didn’t leave fresh ones. We called the front desk for towels and they told us to find a housekeeping staff member and ask for more or to come to the front desk to get some. Breakfast was waffles, pastries and cereals, no protein. The pool was a great temperature but it definitely has some miles on it, the paint is missing from it in multiple places.

This property was not in the best conditions. I would’ve left but other hotels were booked due to a concert nearby. I had 2 bed room with my daughter and friend. The room decor was outdated, the floor lamp didn’t work, the desk lamp didn’t work and most of the lighting in the room was dull. The door to go outside would not lock, you could just open the side door to come into the hotel. Very unsafe!! The hallways smelled of smoke which means people were smoking. The breakfast bar they stated they had was terrible! I called and reported our experience to corporate. Please do not stay here!!!!

The only thing they had for the breakfast buffet was a waffle machine. The hallway had piece of hair extensions and fake nails on the floor. The AC in the room doesn’t blow cold. Consider a different hotel to stay in if you are looking at this one!

I love the fact its a big fridge and a kitchen The pool water had too much chlorine and the juice maker was warm but other than that I had no issues.

I was lied to over the phone about the deposit, didn't stay the night and y'all kept my money

Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the pool to the room! We liked everything there was not one dislike.

Rude and totally unprofessional We showed confirmed status but believe the room was given by the attendee to friends or family.

Having a full size fridge, the bed was really comfortable but the pillows weren't. The coffee maker was broken and the bathroom was small the door practically hit the toilet.

It was a very good room very clean the only bad thing is that service threw away some item I had in my room but besides that no other complaints

Room was okay. FRONT DESK (Sarah and the owner to be specific!) were horrible. Pool was nice sized and fun. Sheets and covers were stained.
