Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Columbus West

The furniture was all stained and ripped, they gave some one’s room that people was in to us. Stove top was broken, they take are towels and never gave us any, no forks, ac sucked, breakfast sucked with only simple stuff and really nothing on weekdays

Upon arrival I received a mgs about confirmation for paying for my room prior to arrival because the hotel was sold out the room was paid for once I arrived. The clerk couldn't find my name nor information. I was told that the room had been canceled, even though I paid for it by the general manager I was out of my money and a wrong. It was two hours away from home with my kids. They will not try to accommodate me and I ended up going to a different hotel. I will never book with this hotel again.

It was worst hotel I have ever stayed. I had to cancel my booking. No internet connection and worn sofa. Too dirty . I have ask help desk of Expedia but it was not resolved. I have the pictures.

Very clean, friendly staff

Pictures online are 10 years old. No hot tub. Pool area needs redone fading paint. Ants coming through ac unit. Remodeling/cleaning needed.

Drug addicts walking around in parking lot. Rooms smelled like smoke both kinds. Whole place felt dirty. We did not stay.

Clean and comfy and will return to stay again

Elevator was broken, had to carry everything up to the 3rd floor. Place was pretty dirty in common areas, garbage left in the hall overnight, etc. The shower had 2 conditioners and no shampoo and the bottle of soap was empty.

Our room was somewhat clean but the overall condition of the property is in rather poor shape. Also the entire 2nd floor smelled like marijuana.

Great location

These rooms are tough to keep up with as far as repairs to tile, furniture and various items in the room. If you are super picky, not for you. Great night's sleep and clean. This was all we needed.

Rooms were dirty and smelled

Staff sooo friendly & helpful. Great waffles. Only drawback was pool water was too chilly for me to go in.

This is a very old hotel and needs refurbishing urgently. The floors and carpeting are tired, musty, and feel dirty (even if they'd actually been cleaned).

Location They canceled my reservation because they tried charging my card before we got to the location even though I selected pay on site when booking through booking.com. When I called back to get it straightened out they were incredibly rude and would not give me the same room at the quoted price. The cost went from $330 after taxes and deposit to $470. On top of that whole issue, the room had partial lighting since several outlets did not work and the AC barely worked so it was incredibly hot as well

The room was spacious and the halls were quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hallways had an order that did not go away. Mold in the bathroom
