I love the location of the hotel. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was just so kind. The breakfast could be better especially the turkey sausages. They’re not good at all. Even the links is not a good brand of meat. It doesn’t taste real other than that. Everything else was fine and also the toilet is in the room. They should be a little taller because they are too low, especially with people who are older other than that the place is wonderful.

Pleasant helpful staff, quick easy check in when I arrived very late and tired. Very clean, my #1 priority! Very small tight parking lot, plenty of extra parking, very short walk maybe 2 min but technically 2 properties over. Would stay again, next time hope to visit The Book Loft!

Wait to pay for parking at the hotel

The beds were amazingly comfortable and I slept without waking in the night. The temperature of the rooms were perfect. The lobby was very hot and humid so it made breakfast uncomfortable. My room had quite a few red stains on the carpet as well as I found several wayward screws on the carpet throughout the hotel. The shower temperature was great and the soaps helped me feel clean and ready for the day. The elevator broke while we were there so and it seemed pretty old. The common areas and hallways needed some work. But if you are coming just to rest, I would recommend it a good fit for sleeping and then departing.

Parking sucked tv in my room didn’t work room will dirty

Everything went great from check in to check out. The humidity seemed really high in the room but it was hot out. Elevator was on the slow side so took the stairs most of the time.

Will focus on the comfy beds and pillows. Clean pool. Nice staff! Decent breakfast and coffee. Cleaning in the rooms could be improved. Place looks a little worn down. Parking is tight.

Emergency trip 🚨 from Pennsylvania to Ohio. And without a doubt it was the best option. The staff, the cleanliness in short everything perfect. We didn't get to use the pool because we didn't have time. But if you doubt it, it's very nice. Thank you for your service. I would stay again.

This is not the usualy place we stay at when in Columbus but it is now definitely our nee back up spot when #1 pick is booked. Great downtown location. Stayed July 3rd for Red White Boom. Night time front desk lady was very cool. Kept the pool opened all night long.

I enjoy staying at this hotel, this is my fourth stay, and feel welcome here. This stay in Columbus was notable for the extreme heat which the air con coped with very well.

We did a pool view patio room 5/5! Great place to stay for a quick night. The room was clean, parking was great and staff was friendly.

Carpet was so dirty, black tar stains and smell ed musty. Long dark hairs left all over bathroom. Ugh.
