Nice room, but ac unit was loud enough to be super annoying. Room would not stay a constant temp at all.

Clean and good sized room with comfortable bed. Big tv with ample channels. Quite hallway and not full of items. Can’t think of anything.

Convient The female host staff was very hostile towards people who book though booking.com gave me a very hard time and she tried to find every reason to invalidate my booking.

The staff was the bonus point. Specially Alexis at front desk was just wonderful and welcoming. She was just amazing.

It was 5 min from my business meeting. The place is dated. I was put in a room near the pool and elevator when my reservation clearly stated business trip. The place was a zoo all night teens smoking yelling playing in halls. At about 2 am a baby cried until 5 am. I called staff nothing was done but an apology. I was told I could not be moved. The next day I spoke to a representative at the front desk who advised a refund was due but Management had to handle it and I was never contacted. I would NEVER recommend this location and I would never stay here again. We chose this place because we had a business meeting 5 min away for a large account. I was not able to prep for the meeting or get adequate sleep. -1 ⭐️

clean room!

This last stay the staff seems to have changed from other times. During other stays, they always greeted us as they saw us, provided cookies upon check in, and this last time it didn't happen, no biggie. The only part that caught me a bit off guard was when my husband walked up to the front desk to request pillows. He was not acknowledged and the guy was a bit short with him and dismissive. We may give it another try for a future trip as we enjoy the location and all other stays have gone well.

One of the key reasons we book to stay here is because it feels like coming home - the staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and outside areas are great, the rooms are very comfortable and it's also just a short distance to the Citadel Outlets.

I expected a little more from a Hilton chain. No fridge on arrival. Front desk did provide one after. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I felt our sheets were reused from previous guest. Sheets were not smooth and crisp. Rather wrinkled like someone made bed from night before. Then when I slept in it. There was a smell of cologne and body odor mixed. We asked for an overall clean but were offered a light clean. We We’re told a total heavy clean needs to be requested day in advance. We asked for the room to at least be vacuumed while we wait for a heavy clean. Came back to the room and found a tissue from the night before on the floor. A couple of Bathroom tiles were loose and all scratched up. Didn’t seem like any cleaning products were used. I wanted to buy some cleaning products for the bathroom. Front desk staff was great but maybe maintenance and housekeeping is lacking. $27 for daily breakfast is steep. Disappointed customer, will not be returning

Room was decent for the stay. No refrigerator in room. Very low water pressure and slow drainage. Location is okay but if you plan to be downtown prepare for traffic.

Superb

The courtesy of the staff is everything to me. I was in town for an event that didn't start until later in the afternoon. Once I checked out, I asked the desk staff if I could just hang out for a couple of hours out of the heat. They were accommodating in a genuinely friendly way. Kudos to them. Price can always be lower but they are certainly competitive with other places that I saw in the area.

The staff was amazing, thank you for everything. Just in the room could listen the people in the other room :(

Overall a fine experience with 2 exceptions; the water pressure was very low, the shower head clearly needed to be descaled. Then one night they seemed to be doing some kind of overnight maintenance next door it sounded like carpet cleaning maybe it was pretty loud and woke me up at 3am.

Bed sheets and comforter stained and very dingy room smells funny

the hotel location is walking distance to Citadel Outlet Staffs at the reataurant are maybe too busy to help us with our need (just asked for hot water and let us waited long for nothing)

The facility needs to be uodated, and cleaned. The rooms are out

Gym equipment not working.

Very close to Citadel outlets (walking distance) Very quiet at night. Comfy beds. Staff was very nice. Room does not have a microwave and a fridge however staff brought us one up to the room very nice of them.

We had a Great Stay and would definitely stay there again...
