Refused check-in despite paid reservation — do not book here I arrived at 1:00 AM, about three hours later than planned. The listing advertises a 24-hour front desk, and the manager was present at the desk, but he refused to check me in. My reservation was paid in full and rooms were clearly available. No solution was offered — no late check-in fee, no alternative, no refund. I was simply turned away and spent the night outside. If you might arrive late, be aware that the advertised 24-hour reception did not apply in my case. I cannot recommend this property.
