The Hotel needs to be remodeled. The room was poorly cleaned. The vents in the bathroom have actual dust and dirt on it. The floors was not cleaned well. The tub in the bathroom is so dingy grey. The corners of the room and bathroom has dirt that appeared not cleaned in a while. Why do we pay resort fees? I am grateful I travel with some cleaning supplies. I definitely will not return or recommend the Commerce Hotel and Casino to my family and or friend’s.

I booked 3 rooms for one night through Expedia. Two of the rooms were charged to my credit card at the time of booking and the 3rd one at to be paid at the hotel. When my guests arrived to check in, the front desk couldn't find their reservations. The front desk manager and attendant were rude and very unhelpful. They did not have an accessible room available that I reserved for someone in a wheelchair. and made my client in the wheelchair very uncomfortable. They claim none of the rooms had been pre-paid. I have confirmations saying the were paid. We ended up only using one room and the other guests drove 2 hours home instead of staying at the hotel after working a 10-hour day. I am very unhappy how my guests were treated. Also, I now have to figure out how to get the payments credited back to me. I do not recommend the Commerce Casino & Hotel. There's other better options at the Citadel.

Clean room

The gentleman in the front desk were so amazing and made up feel welcome. Super happy with the rooms

No fridge in the room other than that that’s where I’ll be staying on my Los Angeles trips. The breakfast at the hotel was great!! I felt very safe and comfortable there.

Everything was good

I was hesitant to stay at a hotel with a casino and I was pleasantly surprised. The best part was the free valet parking. I also really like that it felt safe because you could only operate the elevators with your room key. It's not a fancy hotel in fact I would just call it decent but I would definitely stay there again. I also found out that if you become a member you get discounts. If you don't like firm beds then this is not for you because the beds were pretty firm and squeaky. My husband who likes soft beds was ok with the bed.
