Fast and easy check ins...clean rooms

Room was nice

We were eventually forced to request a room change, which was extremely inconvenient and disrupted our stay. What was even more disappointing was the lack of follow-up from management. We specifically requested to speak with the manager and were told that someone would contact us, but no manager ever bothered to reach out or follow up regarding our complaint. We expected much better customer service and support, especially after raising a serious concern during our stay. Guests should be able to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable environment, and when an issue is reported, the hotel management should take responsibility and make a genuine effort to resolve it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The way our complaint was handled and the lack of communication from management left us feeling that our concerns were simply ignored. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both its noise management and customer service. Also whike staying therw they got prank call for bomn threat at night we have to go through so much.

Convenience of the restaurant being open 24/7 and it was decent food and the hostess and waitress were so kind to us. I loved the fact they had hot coffee and creamers at the back tables past the gaming tables, but I disliked the fact that we as hotel patrons had to walk into the gaming floor and past all those game tables to get free coffee. It was inconvenient and that there should be a free coffee table right by the elevator and hotel lobby for us hotel patrons. I loved the safety of having police officers inside and security at the elevators checking room cards to make sure no one else gets on the floors of the rooms they are not staying in. Our room did not have a mini fridge for beverages and water to stay cold so we had to haul up our cooler for our road trip there up to our room and then fill it with ice from the ice machine and then empty the water from it everyday which was a hassle for what I paid for our stay there for 4 nights and then an extra resort fee when there was nothing special to use there. The patio and pool area outside had homeless people sleeping around there which was strange. No microwave either in our room. The doughnut shop was nice but we weren’t given a free doughnut or free coffee there and it was very expensive. I feel that we as hotel patrons that pay a lot of money to stay there should at least get a free doughnut or free continental breakfast. At least we did get a member players card so we could get a small discount on our food at diner.

I was really looking forward to this stay, but the hotel didn’t live up to the impression given by the photos on Expedia. It felt much more dated in person, and the outdoor pool and terrace looked very different from what was advertised. The spa was also closed throughout my stay, which was disappointing given it was one of the advertised facilities. Luckily, I was out exploring LA for most of the trip, so it didn’t spoil my time away. However, I still feel let down by the accommodation and don’t think the listing gave an accurate picture of what to expect. More realistic, up-to-date photos and clear information about unavailable facilities would have made a big difference.

Great breakfast options and value and room cleanliness

We decided we will only use this hotel moving forward when visiting the LA area. The rooms were clean. They provided slippers, mouthwash, tissue box, body lotion, water bottles to drink, and good quality towels. These are extra on top of the regular shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap/dryer that are provided for you at other hotels and the floor was hardwood and not carpeted, which meant less dust and visually clean. They have free outdoor self parking and free valet service for parking which tremendously helped with a Escalade SUV which usually gets a height limitation from other indoor parking structures that most LA hotels offer. The restaurant at the site was excellent, we ended up eating there daily and was very surprised at the quality of taste for so many menus. Thank you to the management for doing such a fabulous job making the stay enjoyable.

Aside from those minor inconveniences, the property was great. Plenty of parking (valet for guests), the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the food was great.

The logistics were effortless—we were able to charge our EV before handing it off to valet, which was a massive bonus. Our 7th-floor room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a solid night's sleep. We also got to relax by the pool and hot tub, which were spotless and well-provided with towels. The coffee shop was a highlight of our trip: we had both dinner and breakfast there, and both meals were delicious, reasonably priced, and served by wonderful staff. We left feeling truly appreciated as guests and look forward to our next visit.

The staff was wonderful

The room was not clean. The first day we checked in there was hair in the shower and on the bed. Rooms were not swept daily, nor was trash taken out. Had to call for towels daily. Pool and jacuzzi do not look like photos. Front desk staff and bar staff were nice

It was a great stay. Alex at the front desk was amazing and accommodating. My sister and I stayed for a week. It was a great time had for sure. The view was nice as well as we were on the executive floor.

Room was clean and staff was great. I didn't have an ice bucket and the cleaning staff checked to make sure I wasn't missing anything else. She got me the bucket with ice. She was really nice. The food was good and I had a good time. My view was nice and I can't wait to go back.
