We stayed in room 101 the TV in the room is broken, the AC cover came off, there were ants coming in from the vent in the hallway, they only provided 2 towels instead of one per guest. I will not use this establishment again.

Didn’t like anything 1-star review Extremely poor hospitality and unprofessional treatment from the manager at the Rodeway Inn in Commerce, CA. When we tried to rent a room, the manager (who had been sleeping) came out yelling at my husband in a very rude and aggressive way. The interaction felt hostile from the start. It left us with the strong impression that she treats Latino and Black guests differently and with open dislike. Being spoken to that way simply for trying to get a room is unacceptable. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. This is not how any guest should be treated. I would not recommend this property and will not stay here again.

Well, we didn't expect too much from a Rodeway Inn. It certainly is a low budget motel. The check-in took forever, a form had to be filled out (despite us booking online). We were handed one key card and a remote (that had to be replaced since it didn't work). The rooms are very simple but clean and have been remodeled recently (fresh paint and new doors). Again, it's a budget motel and our expectations were extremely low. It provided what we were looking for: A cheap room near a concert venue.

Terrible experience staying in this place they have bed bugs. After a week still have itching arm. Be aware

although the exterior of the hotel can use some work, the inside of the rooms are kept nice and clean. staff was super sweet and welcoming during our stay so thank you very much for to the ladies ! will defs look into booking it again :)!

Check in time was at 3pm arrived at 6pm one of our rooms was not ready had to wait 30 minutes for housekeeping to finish cleaning. Ask for non-smoking rooms One of the rooms was smoking so it smells like cigarettes. The room we stayed in look like they hadn’t finished “remodeling it” There was wires exposed from the wall. Some of the ceiling lights were covered like they were still painting, and one of the walls were half painted and they had some kind of electrical issue when we went to turn on the lights just flickered and only some of them turned on. And then they were the ants. We could it leave anything out because within minutes it would be covered in ants. I would have to check the bed before I got in to see if there was ants, I could feel aunts crawling on me when I was laying in the bed scrolling on my phone, and I definitely had to shake all my clothes off before repacking to make sure that they were no ants. And within minutes of me showering my toddler. Her feet were dirty from the floor. So I took a towel wet it and mop the floor. It was disgusting.

The room with two queen beds was spacious. I love how the bathroom separated the two beds to give each sleeping area its own privacy. The bathroom was very clean and spacious as well. Plenty of room to move around in and not cramped like most hotels. Water pressure was great for, shower, toilet and sink. Beds were comfortable and even though it was right next to the railroad tracks, I did not hear any trains. I was able to sleep all night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay here again if I had to make another trip to LA. I was very pleased with my stay.

Nothing I had a reservation upon arriving. I was told there were no rooms available, and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to clean a room to honor my reservation. I reserved a king-size bed to sleep comfortably with my partner. Instead, we were put in a room that had 2 queen beds in two separate rooms. The TV, shower, and air conditioner were not working. The hotel is located along the side of the fwy so it was loud. To top it off. We had people there banging on the walls, kids running upstairs until midnight, and the cherry on top of that was the kids making all that noise belong th the family running the hotel. Even after complaining, it continued. I finally had to pack my belongings and move to another hotel at 145am. canceling my 2nd night stay there when I found a roach running on the bed I was laying on..
