Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles Montebello

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this Hilton Garden. The parking issues that were an problem before have been resolved. It's a quiet and relaxing stay with the staff being very friendly and helpful. Our only problem was the bed being firm and should be replaced as well as the room we stayed in feeling a little dated.

Comfortable stay. Would stay again

The staff was very rude. Their system was down and therefore I couldn’t check in right away. I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby with my small children. I asked if I could wait by the pool area so that my kids could have something to do, the girl at the front desk “Jessica” was very rude. During my wait I asked if the system was back up and she would say “if it was back up, I would’ve told you”. The forth time I went ip to the front desk, another young lady was there and she checked me in by paper and gave me my room key. I asked why they couldn’t do that from the beginning and she said “We have been checking in every one by paper, I’m not sure why they didn’t help you” she apologized and I was very upset. The ice machines were not working on the first floor so I had to go to the second floor for ice. The pool area didn’t have towels so I kindly asked for some at the front desk and Jessica said “ it helps if you bring your own towels” 😑. I really like the hotel but the staff were just not helpful. The guys at the front desk in the afternoon were worse. A family of 7 snuck in the pool area and were being really loud. I didn’t like the fact people that are not staying at the hotel could just walk in the pool area and take up space that should be for paying customers.

The first room we got had wet carpet and a musky smell by the ac unit. after calling the front desk they gave us a different room which was so much better

No place to smoke. I had to go far back of the building to have a cigarette. They should at least have some kind of shed or bench,,the water pressure was very low. In the sink and the shower was worse.

Loved the location ! Close to arts district and beach o my an hour away . All staff extremely nice . The reason for 4 stars is the wallpaper in room was curling. Room was huge and overlooked the golf course. Pool awesome. Fitness room very small could be larger but treadmill was nice. Top Golf right next door ! We had a great time at this Hilton Garden Inn

After checking out, I saw a charge on my credit card which I don’t know what it’s for. I tried calling the hotel several times but no one answered. I wrote an email and got no response.

It was quiet and clean. Receiving staff at the desk weren’t so friendly. Cleaning staff were welcoming.

Excellent! Clean, modern rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay. Highly recommended. The room was perfect and the fireplace was great.
