Love that it was close to everything super convenient. Hated the fact that breakfast was done at 9 the staff straight up turned everything off on people when there was a line thought that was pretty rude.

The hotel stock, the beds were terrible, not comfortable at all and in our room it felt like the floor was gonna cave in and you could tell where is sinking in

Rooms were clean, the staff was kind and helpful. Only downside is that breakfast ends at 9 on weekends, so when wanting to sleep in on vacation, missed breakfast both mornings.

The staff was unfriendly and front desk attendant was always on a smoke break. There was a huge, disgusting stain on the pullout bed. Staff told us they didn’t have a pillow available for the guest sleeping on the pullout and only had some of the needed bedding. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. Would not stay again.

Our stay was largely uneventful - just as expected. However, I caution the reader to NEVER agree to room 216. It was clean. It was comfortable. It was in the elevator lobby! Every single spousal argument or alpha male contest was loudly amplified into our room. As entertaining as it was, we didn’t particularly enjoy it. Nevertheless, we’ll not hesitate to stop here again when next our travels find us in Conway. Just don’t look for me in 216.

I never was able to access the WiFi service on my phone or my laptop if I was in the room. I could connect on the lobby and then had no connection after that.
