Only complaint we could register is the sleep sofa could have stood a mechanical repair, but was clean and worked ok

The location, & the people. The first night ,we stay.kids were running up & down the hall.Then the kids knocked on our door. It was like that for a while.after a while we didn't here the kids anymore.

Outstanding selection, hot and ready on time! Very friendly staff and clean setting. Everything was handled by a very competent staff from check-in to check-out.

We stayed for 1 night, there was a notable smell in the lobby, lobby hallways and elevator. We were situated on the 3rd floor, as we left the smelly elevator we were meet with an equally smelly and hot third floor. Our room upon initial entering was ok, but upon further inspection was really showing its lack of care/cleanliness. Our fridge never worked properly, remote to tv did not work, shower head had the beginnings of mold and our tub/shower drain was not draining properly which led to us standing in our used bath water. Overall we will not be staying again.

The hotel appears to be understaffed. The elevator was out of order for several hours when I arrived, and the desk clerk was attempting to fix it by himself. The hotel is not up to the same standard as other La Quintas in cleanliness and renovations. For example, common area carpets appeared old and stained. Also, this is the first La Quinta I've stayed at that had an extra charge for having a dog. One of the reasons I stay at La Quintas is that this is usually free. The charge was only $25, but it was a surprise. What is the franchise protocol or policy for this amenity? Other than these observations, my stay was satisfactory.

Staff was never available. No towels for pool. They staff was living in hotel. Cooking Indian food. Elevator broken. It smelled awful in halls.

Could not get extra towels for showering. Had to wait for desk clerk anytime you went to the front desk.

The only positive I have to say is that the bed was comfortable. The first room we checked into had a horrible, sewage like smell. It was absolutely disgusting. I spoke to front desk person immediately after checking into room. He informed me that he had no other rooms available, but was able to move us to another room after I requested refund. The room he moved us to was not clean- cigarette butt and paper in bathroom floor and had no towels. Elevator was also not working properly. When I went to front desk to request towels (no one would answer front desk phone), clerk told me that he did not have any towels available, but I could have the two from the smelly room. 100% do not recommend.

Loved the location. Close to the ballparks i was going to. Clean and cool rooms. Ice machine did not work on 2nd floor. Elevator on 2nd floor would not take you down. Had to take stairs. It would take you back up.

The location was ok The rooms were dirty. Microwave didn’t work, reported it twice. Elevator was constantly entrapping visitors. Roaches in the hallway

Rooms were decent Could not get enough towels for my family to shower after asking multiple times.

The room had an awful smell. A hole in the bathroom floor. And couldn’t get towels on night two.

The curtains had holes in them. The pillows were musty and felt damp. We have never had an experience like this at a La Quinta. It was non refundable so were stuck like chuck. Did not even want to attempt breakfast. I believe this particular hotel should be reported to who ever does inspections or even the health department. We have nicknamed it The Hotel Hellifornia. If you are a weary and tired traveller, find another place.
