It is a very nice, clean and convenient hotel. It is in a safe and quiet location. We have stayed there 5 times since January 2026.

Everything was Great the staff very friendly and helpful Nick at the front Desk was the most helpful are GPS was not getting us to the hotel so I called to let them know we could not find the hotel and Nick asked where were we and he gave us directions from are location and that got us to the hotel Every thing the room breakfast work out room location

This was a great hotel. Customer service was excellent, every staff member I interacted with was friendly and courteous, breakfast was good with several options, and 24 hour coffee bar was great for anyone who needs a cup at any hour! The fitness center was quite small, and the pool was a bit small, but this is definitely a place I will return to on any visit back to Conway.

Pool closed for Maintenance and I wasn’t told this when I booked. That’s why I booked there was so kids could swim.

An additional grab bar kiddie corner to the existing bar would be appreciated considering there is not much traction in the tub.
