We got checked in to our room and later when my wife was getting dressed two ladies unlocked our door and walked in on her. I went to the front desk to see why that happened. The lady there said that they had us down for another room. Anyway that was worked out. As you got of the elevator and walked on the carpet, there was a hump in the carpet making my wife almost fell. I told the front desk about it. I went to the front desk wanting to purchase a coke and all they had was one!! only one and it was a 0 sugar. Also they had only 2 sprites! At 2:30 AM Sunday morning there was a knock on our door then they tried to open our door but thankful they could not. We turned on the TV but nothing worked. A lady came in and tried to adjust it but could not get any channels with the news or other channels that were on the Hamptons menu. The lady apologized for the inconvence and told us that the TV guy would be here to fix it Monday. Well that wasn't good enough because we left Sunday morning. We have stayed at this Hampton Inn for the last four years and this is the worse it has been. They must have had a change in management. We like to stay in that area and will looking for other places next year.

It was clean Black mold in the air conditioning, air conditioning was broken couldn't get it to not stay at 68 degrees was very cold all night. Tv was broken.

The women at the front desk were very nice. Had some trouble with key cards not working but the staff helped me and reset them.

Clean room, modern well kept hotel, great employees.

Super friendly staff, clean hotel, quiet and very nice room and extremely comfortable mattress. Great coffee! The pet fee of $75 was quite steep. Breakfast was so so…not a lot of variety of fruits.

The breakfast was good. Housekeeping wasn’t all that great. They were very nice but when they cleaned our room they missed vacuuming and still found trash in the room.

Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Bed was amazing and it was close to everything. Probably was clean and the area was safe.

Much better than average facility. Staff was wonderful.

Cleanliness! Breakfast wasn’t that good. It wasn’t terrible just have nothing else to complain about.
