We've stayed in several hotels around Conway and this one we'll be least likely to go back to. The room smelled muggy, like a hamper of wet clothing when we walked in and the room we had the door didn't close completely. Overall, just not worth the price with the other options available in the vicinity.

Everything was perfect but the breakfast was lacking …no meat or waffle machine. There was premade pancakes, premade omelette that looked like only eggs folded over and prepackaged blueberry muffins. So if breakfast is important to you then u may be disappointed but u have plenty of eating places around the hotel.

The air conditioning in the rooms was minimum cooling. The elevator was out of order. No one told us about the elevator until I completed check in. We were on the 3rd floor with no other availability on floors 1 and 2, even though I had reserved the rooms early. My party had two 80+ year old people in it and a 15 year old on crutches. The staff said the elevator just went out, however other guest said it had been out all week. I had to reserve a room at another hotel for my elderly parents. So I paid for 3 rooms instead 2. Staff said ask Manager in the morning for a discount. Manager was not available on Sunday morning, so No price adjustment for the huge inconvenience. I will never stay there again.
