The mattress was so soft, it barely allowed for turns in the bed. The coffee in the lobby looked like tea; no milk for the two cereal options; in short, how they can claim to provide breakfast is a mystery to me. The pool was gutted and awful to look at. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this or any other Super 8.

Outstanding room for the price.

The room was reasonably clean, but very warm. I had to put the wall unit AC at 65 just to get it to cool down. The room looked outdated and had very little in the way of amenities. In the bathroom, the only thing that looked reasonably new was the sink encounter. Everything else looked original to the building. Also, the paint was flaking off the ceiling and the vent cover was hanging half off. Not very well maintained. The pool was out of service indefinitely. I did not need to use the ice machine or laundry facility so can’t speak to those. On the plus side, no bedbugs.

When we first arrived for check in we had to wait for staff to return. They had a sign up they would be back. We had been in the heat all day and were looking to swim. To our surprise the pool was unavailable until further notice. Not noted on Expedia. Our room was not very clean at all. We had roaches in the bathroom. The remote was held together with tape. The curtains would not close to keep light out. The room we had was right close to road so we heard traffic all night. The walls were scratched up. The bedding had holes and was stained. Breakfast next morning consisted of two types of cereal, about a 1/4 of gallon of milk, juice machine. Pancake machine. Not much to choose from. Ok I guess if you need to rest head for a bit. But for a longer stay would not recommend. Hopefully they get some renovations and pest control.

We got there and room was very hot. After an hour called desk and told them air wasn't working. Guy came to room after about 15 min and tried to say it was. Said to let him know in 30 min if it got cooler. It did not. He said the could switch us to another room (no king though) . We said ok. Waited another 30 min then called desk back and asked when they were getting us the other key. A lady answered and said oh, you will have to come get the key. We had to pack everything up and get dressed because we had already had showers. They wouldn't let us have the other key til we got completely out of other room. Like we were going to steal a cheap junkie room. Terrible experience and the air was barely any better in other room. Plus why wouldn't they go in and turn the air on for us knowing we were switching to that room. It toom 2 hours to even cool it off. And pics attached. Looking for plug in and one pic was behind the bed and other was brown stuff running down bathroom wall. And when we walked in the guy at front desk smelled lik a Marijuana factory despite the no smoking signs and him telling us smoking was a $250 fine.

There was something flying around my face. Not sure if it was flies or mosquito or what.
