Bathroom ceiling had black spots on it Air conditioner wouldn't turn on unless it was turned all the way down. The member of staff when I checked out was rude

I drove up. 2 shirtless gents strolled out from behind the building. I assume looking for lost teeth but, just a thought. Place is kinda dumpy if I’m being fair and felt very sticky. Turned around without checking in and went to a brand new place next door. Left the money, took the cannolis.

Just stayed there for one night, run down and needs deep cleaning and a face lift, breakfast was weak

hello your rooms were disgusting i will never come back

We just needed it to be a place to sleep for one night so it worked for that, but I would not book multiple days/nights at this hotel.

Heard them saying they have bed bugs in 104

The parking lot has several pit holes that need to be filled and could use better lighting. While the room has been updated the desk chair needs to be replaced and the floor felt soft in places.

Not our kind of place, very musty, old,smelly. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Fiend a few more dollars and upgrade a stay somewhere else..

I had no hot water could not shower then was kicked out the pool soon as I got In 20 min before it closed .. worst stay

This place was absolutely Disgusting! Don’t let the pictures fool you. We checked in and checked out within 30 mins. And they refused to respond to a refund request. I’ve never seen a hotel room with mold or mildew all over the mirror or ripped up furniture! In the 30 mins of walking through both rooms and daughter and one of my sons were bitten by bugs. This place needs to shut down YESTERDAY! I guess my money is what they needed to pay their light bill! Beyond pissed! This place is the WORST!!!

The property is dirty and there is a moldy smell. We checked out immediately after getting to our room and booked another hotel. The lady working the front desk was very friendly.

When we got there at 11:30 pm they gave a me a key to my room and when I opened the door and turned on the light s woman screamed and her husband jumped up out of bed. I apologized and then went back to the front desk to get another room and they said they only had a king room as they had issues with plumbing so all out of rooms. They had to end up giving me another room on a different section of the hotel. The comforter was gross and the floor on the bathroom felt like if we stepped on it we would fall through the ceiling.

Nope. Old, musty, popcorn walls & ceilings. Floors felt gross. Nothing like the pics.

The room was clean, we'll maintained. My shower was missing the conditioner bottle which I didn't know until I was in the shower so that was frustrating. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was pretty bare bones and no hot water for tea just coffee. I ended up going down the road to a little breakfast place.

Our first night, we had to switch rooms because the toilet flooded the entire floor. The second room we had the headboard detached from the wall and almost hurt my son. NOTHING was done about it. I called the manager and still nothing has been resolved.

they didn't answer my deposit back and I didn't stay in the room long because I did not like the smell of it
