Located close enough to the Comfort Inn so that we could move there instead of checking in to this dirty disorganized box storage of a lobby!! Dirty needs maintenance boxes stored in the small lobby- eating area! Low dirty ceiling tiles and air vents filthy

The only thing we liked was the big television. The room overall. Nasty. Looked like semen stains on headboards and walls. Door and refrigerator had huge dents like someone beat it with something. Lock on door was basically busted from wall. The chair had so many stains on it. Who knows what all happened in that room that room service looked over. Undesirable locals doing who knows what in parking lot and balcony. Front desk staff very incompetent and rude. Acted as if it was a burden to help a customer. Towels smelled of cigarette smoke and what looked like public hair was stuck to them. Trash on balcony. Poor drainage. Shower handle came off when you tried to turn shower on. Flopped around. Ice machine rusted and looked like it had never been cleaned. Slime and junk on it. Would not advise staying here unless you want to get an STD or bed bugs or robbed. Office chair at our room desk was torn and fake leather had worn off. Probably came from a trash dump. Lamp shade looked like it had black mold or probably crack pipe resin on it. Not at all what Internet shows on Booking.com or their website. Looked very good from the ads but boy are those fake!! Must have been taken when motel was brand new. What made it even worse was our Door Dash person told us to get out as soon as we could. Drugs and everything going on there.

The bathroom door had some holes in it. The vent in the bathroom was broken.

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were decent size, clean and most things worked. WORST breakfast ever. Pitiful options. Even coffee was not good and creamer curdled. Odd lay out. Booked Suburban Studios but room was in EconoLodge side. Which was fine because the room was good. SO don't actually know about rooms on Surburbon Side of motel.

The location was fine. Mike - maintenance and Georgia - housekeeping were very nice. That's about all I can say that's positive. The room (king w/ kitchenette) was terrible. 1st thing we notice was the door did not completely seal. The light around the bath sink was only 1/2 lit. The surfaces were dirty - rings on the end tables, dirty burners on the stove. The fridge was rusty and the microwave was unusable. The top of the inside was bubbled/peeling. You would expect a kitchenette to have at least some utensils. There were none. We travel a lot and this is the first time I felt the need to check for bed bugs. Fortunately there were no signs. Then a storm blew in and water was pouring into the unit from under the door. Got moved to a 2nd fl unit. Didn't even walk in as there was water on the floor already. Apparently they also own the Econolodge across the parking lot and we ended up staying there. Left a day early because we had finished up with the reason for our visit. Waiting to hear back about a refund for the night we paid for in advance but didn't use. Also, they asked for a cc deposit at check in - nothing unusual about that. But they actually CHARGED the cc. Would never recommend the studios for any reason. The photos online make it look significantly better than what it actually looks like. IMO, Booking.com should not list this property.

It wasn't too far from the beach. Having the kitchen area in our room was very nice. The pics made it look like a newer facility. We get there and it is a very old facility. Huge cockroach on the building when we arrive. Walking on the floors in our room turned out feel black as coal. Disgusting! After sleeping in the bed, my pj's smelled like smoke. Now mind you, only smoking rooms were available and no one in my party smokes. The sheets still should have been clean enough for my clothes not to smell like smoke.

The pictures did not match the room- at all! The room was filthy, the bed had bugs, the bottom of the toilet bowl was rusted which was encrusted in the tile, the curtains were shredded with dirt and bug eggs. The furniture was dusty and all the vents were rusted. I did not stay at the hotel.

It did have a nice pool area and decent sized breakfast, plus the staff were all very nice and helpful. And wasn’t too far to Myrtle beach. There were a few things wrong with the room , like broken or not working, but it did have a fridge and tv. I thought it was a little too pricey for the room but also we had a pet and it was 4th of July weekend so..

Front desk person was sweet and helpful Nun

Convenient having a kitchenette in the room, but zero plates, flatware, or cooking utensils - just plastic cups.

STAY AWAY!!! Place was absolutely disgusting. Reeked of cigarettes. Burn holes in blankets, urine stained sheets, black substance on pillow cases. Burn marks on tub, floors were dirty, bathtub wasn’t cleaned. I requested a smoke free room btw….Literally stayed for 15 minutes and my skin was crawling so I decided to leave. Now they won’t refund me for what was supposed to be a 3 night stay. Even though the manager said I would get a refund. The photos are entirely deceptive, and I’m pretty sure they are not from this specific motel. I’d say that’s fraudulent advertising. I was in MB to say goodbye to my grandmother who came home on hospice. Reporting to the BBB.

It was a good stay!

Nice staff, cozy beds. Lots of things broken like ice maker, lights. It’s low budget for sure.
