Our room had a bad smell. I discovered the second day that it was the garbage disposal.

The room was nice clean some dirty dishes in the cupboards but we didnt use any of the dishes anyway. The staff was very nice anything we ask for including a toaster they delivered. We were there on business and didnt get to use the pool, exercise room or laundry next time we need to plan a couple extra days to relax and utilize the pool.

Charged me 50 dollars deposit after telling me I won’t be charged and never gave it back after giving me a huge hassle on changing dates then wanted more money to changed dates

The pool was the only ‘yuk’. The pool water caused my 2yr old nephew to have a rash and was throwing up the next morning after ingesting some of the water by accident. I got out after pulling a big wad of hair out of the water. I would book again as long as we don’t want to swim.

One of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The arms of the chair and couch were fabric and oily from everyone’s arms on them. The carpet was so sticky our feet stuck to it. Cleaning up a water spill in the kitchen area resulted in a white towel now black from the floor. The towels are basically sandpaper. The guy checking me in acted like he was doing me some favor giving me the king one room suite even though it is what I reserved. I would never stay here again.

The room was exceptionally clean and very accommodating. Felt very safe. No problems or dislikes at all.

Clean, nice room and grounds. Then had recently done some varnish work and the smell was lingering and headache inducing.
