Very clean, bed slept well, friendly staff. No breakfast, but there was a kitchen in the room.

Location and price. Like Grandma always said you get what you pay for.

Signage and entrance is obscured. Price was hideous, compared to others that were sold out, which is probably why u raised yours to 200.00 for a room worth 100.00 Don't gouge!

The location was near restaurants, shopping center, and TN Tech Football.

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and willing to aid us in any way possible

The faucet and sink leaked, the bathroom vent fan did not work, there was a fork that was wedged on the hot plate control and the sheets on one of the bed had dark brown stains on it. While we waited patiently nothing happened with the maintenance staff .

Location

This is a great place to stay. They have stove, fridge and microwave. They supply dishes, utensils. Staff is extremely nice and friendly.

Main areas like the gym were dirty. Room was okay. Will not puck again.

The kitchenette was the main reason for the stay. The cooktop was helpful. Room/hallways are showing wear/age. Carpets should be replaced everywhere. Recliner in room is a nice touch but it was falling apart. Other chair was warn. Office chair a bit uncomfortable. Air conditioner worked but was very loud. Curtains needed at least a cleaning if not a replacement. Beds were ok but could have been better. Bathroom was fine but bathtub was tiny/narrow making showering a challenge. Plastic toilet seat? A general update outside of the lobby area is in order.

The hotel was clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
