The room was clean but they were under construction so very noisy

Room was really dirty and smelled of urine. Front desk was helpful and moved is to a new room that was cleaner, just a bit dusty. Common areas were gross.

I’m not a fan of the bathroom layout: very narrow shower and even the toilet seemed extra low. Our a/c unit was very noisy. Was disappointed to see huge carpet stains outside the 3rd floor elevators, and lots of smeary handprints in the elevator.

Good value for price. A couple of things to check: Toilet was low to floor, got stuck running a couple of times, and could have used a fan. Hair dryer was made of rubber and was sticky. ( not lack of being clean…. Just old I think) Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We were greeted upon entering and exiting, checked on by housekeeping, and well provided for by breakfast attendent . ( who by the way was hustling to keep everything fresh and clean, alone, with a full room of guests)

Love that the floors were not carpet in the room. The room setup is not ideal. When you open the door you can see reflected in the mirror all of the room and bathroom. The breakfast was good. The only thing I would add is plain bagels. There were none. The shower was great. Overall a nice place to stay.

The air conditioner wasn’t working in our room. We told the lady at front desk. She tried to look at it. Couldn’t help. Gave us a fan. It was a hot night. The next morning I told the girl at front desk about air conditioner. She didn’t say “I’m sorry that happened” or anything! She just handed me my receipt and didn’t say thank you or smile. Poor front desk service.

Excellent all around! Staff very nice, good breakfast, clean and felt comfortable. Only suggestion is find a different brand of coffee.

Check out is at noon The first room we killed a roach as soon as we went into the room so they gave us another room on the fifth floor which was completely under construction I don't think they were supposed to run out any rooms on this floor as in one of the workers tried to come into our room and of course construction started at like 7:00 in the morning. But that wasn't the issue or even the roach in the other room which we wanted to leave and can't get a refund because the new dude didn't know how to do it. He was very sweet and nice and tried his best to help us so he gave us another room on the 5th floor he told us it was under construction so we understood that. I thought it was strange as we checked in and it was like 10:00 at night and it smelled like someone had just took a shower in there and the shower was wet. As we went to bed the sheets were not clean on the bed because they was little black dog hairs inside the sheets. This room is not cleaned at all. The upgrade to the room with the jet tub was nice except for the Jets were so nasty no way I was taking a bath in that. I hope they remove everything in the bathroom as there's no room the toilet is laying up on the wall to where you cannot even wipe yourself while being on the toilet!!!!I can say once the remodel is complete I would say we will stay here again on our travel

Wonderful place to stay the staff was wonderful. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great and this is on my state list forever. Nothing the whole property was wonderful

Very clean hotel. We had an excellent stay here and found the staff to be very helpful. I will note that, the breakfast provided is in my opinion, overrated. It is fairly typical of other hotels in the area.

Have stayed here twice. Great place

Staff super friendly, good options for breakfast for whole family, kids enjoyed the pool. Room was good size, only down was a few hairs in tub, but we just rinsed it out ourselves. Renovating rooms currently, so a little noisy at breakfast, but will look great when completed.
