My the room was musty and moldy. Not good. The room smelled musty and moldy. Not good for health. LEAVE THE AC ON.

The carpet needed vacuuming, the toilet was dirty, 1/3 of the grout in the bathroom tile was messing, a tile in the bathroom entry stuck up so I tripped on it, one in front of the tub rocked, and the room smelled musty.

TV did not work and Air-conditioning would not get cold. I set for 65 and it never got below 70 degrees. When I checked out next morning I let them know about the 2 problems and they said they already knew about the TV and was planning on changing today...My thoughts is they should have put me in a different room where everything did work or discount me after my stay, but nothing was done.

Convient location. Old building and needs repairs. Bed springs need replacing. Door hard to close.

The mattress needs to be replaced very lumpy you can almost feel the Springs through it and the toilet seat was falling off. Now we stayed here a couple times before with our dog and it's always been a very nice mattress and everything else so I don't know what happened but this one needs replaced

There were noticeable water stains around the window. The place smelled musty and the breakfast was terrible.

It was inviting and clean, the desk manager was very professional.

This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I felt safe, and the area is quiet, considering the activity in the area. We were driving a 34 ft long RV and there was plenty of room to park without backing up. Easy access in and out. Easy access off the interstate, if you are driving east just exit the interstate, turn right and its right down the block. There are plenty of restaurants off this 287 exit.

Location was good, linens were clean, breakfast was decent Not a pleasant smell inside the property, the 3rd floor smelled like weed, the bath tub fixtures weren't secured and sticking was out of the wall, the bed was okay

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice The bedroom and hotel smelled like pee. The outer doors were always left open and not locked. Made me feel very unsafe walking into the entry with the stairs. The curtains were torn in the bedroom. The shower has lotion not shower gel, and the dispensers were extremely dirty.

We always stay here once a month because we like the hotel and staff plus it's always no hassle clean and comfortable It's not that we don't like anything but to me a score of ten would mean it's perfect but there's no such thing so a nine is as close to it to me

The staff was very friendly and helpful Nothing can make up for finding a roach in your room between bath towels! I checked the entire room for more after that and in the pillows and sheets and was paranoid the rest of the night. If there was no roach, the hotel stay would have been fair, but there is no excuse for bugs. The entry was nice but the rooms were old and mold on ceiling of bathroom. The staff was very nice and brought us more towels and said they would spray for bugs after we left, but this did not help us have a good stay after the roach incidence.

The hotel is filthy and falling apart. When I bit into an apple from the "free breakfast," I tasted like I bit into warm apple sauce.
