Clerk put me on third floor with no elevator and did not give me the option to pay more for a ground floor room and I have a disability. I had to remove the tank lid to flush the toilet and the desk chair had a ripped seat. Will never stay again

This property has really gone down hill in the last few years! No ac on in the building besides the room, the rooms floors was completely wet after being clean professionally so they say the whole room smells like mold. The breakfast was cheap and not edible, I won’t be back.

The staff was friendly and overall excellent, which I believe was the best part of my stay. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired; the toilet was not clean, and the carpets and air vents were filled with dust. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of everything I was touching, although the bed itself was clean.

I did not see the pet allowed policy when booking this hotel. I stayed two nights, each night was interrupted sleep due to dogs constantly barking throughout the early morning and I was unable to rest. Dogs were not in their rooms but in the hallway. Signs were posted that said quiet hours 10 pm to 7am but that obviously was not enforced. I know staff could hear it too because there is an opening in the area by the elevators and the dogs were loud. I did text to let them know too. Toilet also kept running through out the stay and kept having to double flush it. And staff didn’t ask how my stay was either when I checked out as I am accustomed to at other hotels I’ve booked. Unpleasant experience. I will not book again at this hotel.

I rated this stay as one star due to the condition of the room. There was visible black mold present on the bathroom ceiling, which is both unacceptable and a serious health concern. The room appeared clean, but not maintained as in one area of the room, near the air conditioner, the baseboard was pulled away from the wall, exposing a black, rotting area. This room failed to meet even basic standards, and I cannot recommend this hotel until these issues are resolved. The staff, however, was great, and the lobby & outside area appeared clean & well maintained.

Was out of service and the gym had no ventilation. Both a/c’s were not working. No a/c in the hallways. It had to be 80 inside. I chose this hotel because it did have a pool and gym.

friendly staff, clean rooms. The beds are not very comfortable. The remote control to the fan was not available. The fan was on high and could not be turned off without turning the lights out. A remote was requested and never provided. Otherwise, it is quiet and convenient to restaurants.

Hidden fees, room was a sauna, asked to switch, that room smelled like marijuana, another room was just as hot. Breakfast was mediocre. I won’t stay there again.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. Clean room, cold ac, soft pillows, large TV, hair dryer, clean towels, all soap/shampoo smells great. Only problem is the shower, it’s too weak. 10/10 for everything, 1/10 for taking a shower.

The ice machine on second floor was out of order. A/C didn't work as good as you would like. Over all not to bad would stay there stay again.
-
Needs updating. Air conditioning dies not reach living room in one bedroom suite.
-
It need to be sure of clean sheets and clean mattress
-
Check in was easy and the hotel itself is much older and not very appealing but was sufficient for a one night's stay.
-
Property is not very well maintained. The breakfast was rubber eggs and undercooked sausage.

Ok the pool area was somewhat run down but breakfast was good.

Room 324 had roaches!!! The staff was very accommodating and moved me to a whole other floor but this is still UNACCEPTABLE

The room needs to be closed until renovations are completed. It was half painted, floors were dirty including the towel cubby. The microwave was disgusting and the fridge had some red stuff in it that leaked from the ice-piled freezer. We found ants crawling in our window and the fire sprinklers were rusted along with the grab bar in the shower. Thank God we didn't need to use either. The bathroom had a new countertop in it to try and make it look nice but... We ate breakfast out as the kitchen area was also nasty dirty looking. Don't recommend this hotel and will NEVER return. Definitely didn't fit our expectations of what a LaQuinta hotel would look like and will steer clear from all just in case.

Our trip began June 8th - June 13. However on Friday June 12 our car had a Mechanical issue it would require an additional stay of 5 days! The hotel staff were excellent in extending our stay day by day (same room at our Booking.com Price). Recomendations for a rental car and service mechanic were outstanding. From the management to the desk staff all the way to the maid staff, everyone went out of their way to make this unplanned extension easier. The breakfast were delicous lots of choices. The gym and pool were excellent and they have pool side towels too. My only complaint was the mattress, which my husband liked just fine. (It was my own back issues with a firm mattress).
