La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cookeville

Hidden fees, room was a sauna, asked to switch, that room smelled like marijuana, another room was just as hot. Breakfast was mediocre. I won’t stay there again.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. Clean room, cold ac, soft pillows, large TV, hair dryer, clean towels, all soap/shampoo smells great. Only problem is the shower, it’s too weak. 10/10 for everything, 1/10 for taking a shower.

The ice machine on second floor was out of order. A/C didn't work as good as you would like. Over all not to bad would stay there stay again.

Needs updating. Air conditioning dies not reach living room in one bedroom suite.

It need to be sure of clean sheets and clean mattress

Check in was easy and the hotel itself is much older and not very appealing but was sufficient for a one night's stay.

Property is not very well maintained. The breakfast was rubber eggs and undercooked sausage.

Ok the pool area was somewhat run down but breakfast was good.

Room 324 had roaches!!! The staff was very accommodating and moved me to a whole other floor but this is still UNACCEPTABLE

The room needs to be closed until renovations are completed. It was half painted, floors were dirty including the towel cubby. The microwave was disgusting and the fridge had some red stuff in it that leaked from the ice-piled freezer. We found ants crawling in our window and the fire sprinklers were rusted along with the grab bar in the shower. Thank God we didn't need to use either.The bathroom had a new countertop in it to try and make it look nice but... We ate breakfast out as the kitchen area was also nasty dirty looking. Don't recommend this hotel and will NEVER return. Definitely didn't fit our expectations of what a LaQuinta hotel would look like and will steer clear from all just in case.

The ac wan next to the bed and only affected one room. The ac also blew on the bed making one side of the bed cold.

Room was clean, well stocked a comfortable bed. Easy access to freeway both on and off ramps. Restaurants are close by.

The hotel staff were great. The first room I was given wasn't cleaned yet. The staff gave me another room without hassle. Would stay again.

Not great look like a construction zone in the room . Looks like my kids trying to remodel. Questionable clean. Repairs not done right. Stay somewhere else.

The bed was comfortable. Good location The outside was not kept Up at all. Overgrown grass and weeks. Trash overflowing everywhere. Trah in the parking lot. The outside literally made it look like an abandoned property. The pillows need replaced. The hand soap and lotion dispensers were enpty. Dirty hand towel left hanging in shower

I had cereal how can that be bad I’m diabetics so couldn’t handle the good stuff

Air conditioner took till next morning to cool room

There were a few issues during our stay

-Frayed carpet all in our room -Urine smell in room -Damp bed sheets -Blue duct tape pieces holding a part of the inner elevator -Have to hold toilet handle down in order to flush -Carpet on the stairwell looks like it had not been vacuumed in months -Lamps did not work
