The front desk staff was pleasant. The housekeeping staff, especially Nicole, were fantastic.

Everything was super clean. The only reason I have a good on one is because there were grapes under our table in the room and the window was a tad dirty … otherwise the staff were very friendly and took care of us and we felt safe!

Not the best stay. Front desk attendant could care less about customer service. Was either no where to be found or on his phone. Very inattentive checking in and out. The night attendant was nice enough to switch our room and give us a fan because our original room had a non-working AC. Cold eggs for breakfast. Other than that, decent place to lay my head down for the night.

Staff were great. The only complaint I have about the room was the couch needed to be updated. The sleeper sofa had blood on the mattress and was worn out. Other than that, I do not have any negative comments about this property. The location was great as well.

Another lovely experience on our girls weekend to Tennessee. Friendly staff, helpful and fixed any issues we had ie) asked for clean linens after day 1 and didn’t get them but they quickly corrected the issue and delivered items to the room. Lovely breakfast options including gluten free items upon request!

Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.
