Staff were great. The only complaint I have about the room was the couch needed to be updated. The sleeper sofa had blood on the mattress and was worn out. Other than that, I do not have any negative comments about this property. The location was great as well.

Another lovely experience on our girls weekend to Tennessee. Friendly staff, helpful and fixed any issues we had ie) asked for clean linens after day 1 and didn’t get them but they quickly corrected the issue and delivered items to the room. Lovely breakfast options including gluten free items upon request!

Great to have a little kitchen. Nice breakfast area.

Excellent hotel, spent only a night, but we were very impressed by the experience. Especially by Crystal who greeted us in the morning during the breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed and knew all our options N/A

Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.

It looked nice from the outside The hallways showed signs of being dirty. The doors to the reins are white but are dirty. There is no way they are on the schedule to be wiped down. They look greasy and dirty. They need to be cleaned with 409. The room smelled of wet dog at the entrance. The room smelled better by the beds but I believe there may be dog hair in/ around the fridge. It was bad. One of the soap bottles in the shower was no longer attached to the wall. This shows signs of not caring. The toilet was loose and not firm to the floor.

Found 2 hairs in my shower, right where the soap goes. Inexcusable to miss something like that. Left a message for the manager, and obviously it wasn't important to follow up with me.
