I thought that the breakfast area was to cramped and it could have been stocked better. Both the scrambled eggs and hash browns were empty when I got there. Otherwise it was a good stay .

Had a short 2 night stay here over the weekend of the 4th. Great view of the fireworks from the parking lot. Excellent breakfast both days we were there and I would stay again in the future.

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was impressive. We fit 4 people into our room very nicely. Having the extra space with the couch was great.

It had a pool,but wasn't in the web site of this hotel. If I had known in advance,would of planned to use it. We got a good sleep in room,bed was comfortable,room was fairly quiet. Being on 2nd floor was pretty easy getting to and from room... Breakfast was ok,coffee was very weak,am assuming a lot of people get breakfast earlier than 7,and may of run it out of product... Was a better breakfast than say the sweet rolls some of the others offer,some of it was hot ...The location was excellent for us,we came up from Harriman to see a concert at the Cookeville Performing Arts center. It was near by,plus a unbelievable assortment of restaurants just down the street. Main reason we stayed was it was to far to safely drive after concert. We will stay here when we come to Cookeville again .

My expectations were too high. We had to buy some room spray (shout out Buff City Soap) to help with the stale, musty air in our room. We turned the air down to 65° and that helped as well. The hallways wreaked of weed. Loved walking Cane Creek Park and hiking Burgess Falls!

Room not clean toilet clogged 3 times with regular use. Shower head spayed water all over the bathroom. Elevator appeared to be missing parts and got stuck multiple times. Had to try the pool at the property at their sister property next door. That pool had missing and damaged bottom. The staff handed me a plunger in a wet plastic bag and asked me to clear the clog myself. Not a great experience. I wont be staying there again

I would suggest a rearrangement of the space for better accessibility. I might also expand the times that breakfast is served, because I had 4 teenagers staying with me and 6 to 9 was hard to do. The attendants were not easy to be seen in a crowd.and they had to carry hot food amongest guests. Overall I was happy with our 2 night stay. I did have two issues with the bathrooms in our rooms. One bathroom had an exhaust fan and the other did not which made it hard to curriculate air in the bathroom. I would also suggest that hair dryers be checked on a regular basis because I tried to use one and while it appeared to be new, it started to smoke and smelled like burnt plastic and with no exhaust fan in the bathroom it lingered in the room for a while. I unplugged it immediately. I reported this issue to front desk before we departed. My only other suggestion would be that there be more seating in your king/two queen ajoining rooms especially for watching TV.

Stayed for one night in June 2026. Lady who checked us in was super nice. Room was great. AC was wonderful, shower pressure was amazing. Even the mini fridge worked well. Stopped at the breakfast station on the way out, it looked the standard setup.

The staff were all great, but the whole building had a terrible stench the entire 3 days and it was very humid. The building made us sick due to mold in the air, our walls were dirty, and the bed skirt was filthy. We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths because they only refresh them every 2 days. The food was not edible , either. We will never stay there again.
