Property was Dirty and food all over the ground. Room was dirty

The room was nice and large and clean. It had microwave, full sized refrigerator and kitchen sink. It was very quiet. No outside noise or noise from other rooms.
-
Not clean old food in cabinets bugs everywhere beds had burn holes all over it
-
Our bathroom had mold on the shower curtian, there was bugs on the window and it wasn't very clean. The place all together is very run down and needs updating.

I would never recommend or stay here. Expedia should not have them listed. If zero stars was an option, that is what this place should have. The room smelled of cigarettes when I requested a non-smoking room. The blankets and towels were stained and with cigarette burn holes. The AC knob was broken so we couldn’t control the temperature in the room. The glass window was cracked and taped instead of fixed. The sink in the bathroom had old water b/c it wouldn’t drain even before we first arrived. The bathroom smelled of urine and there were bugs in the tub and on the walls. The remote control was broken. The pictures of the room and lobby are misrepresented. Do not stay here.

The motel is really the best in its category. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the water is hot and plentiful, the Internet is fast. I do not know what else to look for duing a motel stay. The only drawback is probably the noise of the traffic, but this cannot be helped really, as it sits alongside a busy street. Though the motel itself is a few rows back from the street, the noise can still be heard. All in all, this is the best place I stayed in recently.

The room was gross. The bed had two bed bug covers on it, both full of stains, the blankets had cuts and burn holes, the phone had a red sticky substance on it, the bathroom shower curtain was moldy, there was poop on the bathroom door, the ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, the pool had so many floating bits, the bottom of the pool was also filthy, there were clothes from the last people in the drawers. Overall it was gross! I can only imagine the stuff you can’t see.

Location, large frig, pool
-
The rooms tv didnt work, half the lamps didnt, there was mold in the shower and behind the mirror, there were cockroaches and other bugs all over the room. The bed had stains in it, cigarette holes, and a wet spot when i arrived. The entire property smells like marijuana outside.
-
Rooms were in terrible position.

I loved the fact that the pool was open and the staff was nice. The pool has some cosmetic issues, such as the tile falling out on one corner which caused debris in the pool itself, and that the listing I had read when i booked my room stated that they supplied coffee pots and cooking areas/kitchenettes, however my room had neither.

I honestly couldn’t tell you because they waited till a couple hours before I was supposed to be there to inform me they no longer had a room for me and then it wasn’t their problem where I was gonna be able to stay because they had nothing for me. I booked a room over three weeks in advance only to call to let them know I would be running a little late, getting there for my check-in they then inform that they had no room for me because supposedly someone had messed up the room that I was supposed to go into and they had no other rooms so therefore it was my problem to try to find somewhere for me to stay. Spent the next couple of days trying to argue back-and-forth about the fact I continued to get emails that I owed the money for canceling when I didn’t cancel they canceled me.
-
The property outside is very dirty with trash built up against the building. Looks like it had never been swept. The extended stay guests have the walkways cluttered with belongings. But my room was very spacious, the beds comfy and it was actually very quiet even though there are a lot of long term residents lingering around late nite.
-
Room wasn't ready on time. TV was malfunctioning and needed replacement. Sink did not work, wasn't fixed. Skip this palce
-
Room in poor condition. Sheets had burn wholes. Door had to be slammed shut. A/c unit very loud. I had to ask for someone to kop my room because there was something spilled all in the floor.
-
No chain lock on the door. dirt from the previous guest; the bathroom light did not work. The light next to the bed did not work. There were red spots on the shower tile & curtain. The room smelled bad, so I kept the bathroom fan on.
-
This is a dirty place. The customer service is terrible. The management is even worse. They charged a fee for my ESA pets when they weren’t supposed to and then forgot to give me my deposit back. Never again!
-
The bad: The hotel "lobby" is located in or shared with a U-Haul rental lobby (???) and the exterior
-
The pool was open and it had a full sized fridge and I big sink to wash dishes The first night we saw roaches and we had to buy bug pouches to get rid of them. The WiFi wasn’t the best working either.
